Uday toh didn't know the exact reasons for vashma's behaviour, she was pretending to be a greedy girl in front of him, but the vashma he knows isn't greedy... It was all very hard for him💔

Right before leaving Lahore, he asked her once again to come with him and she did ... He didn't even care about her marital status or pregnancy, such was his love for her❤️

Even Vashma was trying so hard to be strong, because she knew of the consequences of her accepting her love meant more conflict between Abrar and Sahanis, and everything that was threatened in the deal. She could fight Faruq's advances, she could fight the world, but she could never see her Uday crumble, it was hard for her too 🥺

At the moment during Partition, the no hesitation and honesty on both sides had my heart. Vashma also finally accepted it was all a ruse and followed her heart, her Uday out into his safety but her possible doom (because migration of Muslims was risky to India back then)..
