I am aware that 'boys/men' are supposed to do the last rites, but I think, its ok if the women do it too.

I mean, what happens when a couple has two girls, and the last rites of the parents have to be performed? We often hear of a male stepping in and performing the rites, but dont you think the deceased people loved their daughters equally?

Its an age old disparity that has played a sexist/gender card in the country for far too long now.

I applaud Bebo for being an actor for such a long time. For 21 years. It's a very long period as an actor ( a lady actress )..

But, what makes her say that she'll continue to entertain us for 21 more years? Can she not go out of work like Lolo? 🤔 OR she can become like Kajol who does 1 movie per year?

Because, audience is used to see age of actress going down.. younger crop.. given work.. while the older actors do get work,, it's mostly men like Akshay K, Salman K, SRK, Saif, etc, Whereas older actresses seldom get good roles or movies once they start a family.
