I always had a feeling that the all scenes of Virat and Sai ends so abruptly without any self realisation of the character.Like they are doing it intentionally to end the sairat scene ASAP

Imo- Not all. But yes, many scenes lack the tehraav that could elevate the scene and get abruptly cut. 2 examples i can remember are bhoot story prank by Virat. He was caressing her hair - he did it once for like 2 secs and before we could enjoy that scene, it was cut. Same with Sai sar dabaofying Virat post hospital discharge. Cut abruptly. They do this a lot. Thats why I love when theres some tehraav to Sairat scenes. Like the selfie/hug scene, the breakfast scene before Virat goes on mission, the Sairat conversation once Sai has been prevented from leaving by Virat....these scenes were all few of the well executed ones. But too many other scenes get botched up by lack of slowing the pace down and allowing us to soak in Sairat.
