Oh more ideas for a ff/os-

Sai coming home after she starts internship to talk about how she lost a patient - the first death she calls and death certificate that she writes. A patient she couldnt save despite her best efforts.And Virat consoling her.

Sai doing her first solo surgery or C-section maybe or finishing her first icu posting/medicine rotation and deciding on what she wants to sub specialize in - you can pick any thing- medicine, surgery, abesthesiology, obgyn anyting but i think Sai will do something clinical and not para clinical like radiology/pathology etc. Anyway Sai finds her passion and coming home all excited. Family members taunt her for wanting to study further but Virat stands by her like a rock and is very excited that Sai has found her calling!

Sai having super irregulsr work hours in internship including night shifts or 24 hour calls and family members creating a ruckus and Virat giving them a good dose!

Yes. Haha. 😂 I get ideas of medical -based FFs which involve Sai's professiin but I am not talented enough to write it myself. Lol.

Plus itv mein toh dikhaane seh Rahe. I wish they showed doctors more realistically.

In Sanjeevani /dmg also which were doctor based shows it was nothing medical. Only drama. Lol.

Loved reading how they would find each other after their duties. Talk like hubby wife, cuddle, sleep into each other's arms. So perfect they looked.

The way he explained that he went weak only once which led him to marry her.
