Another funfilled episode of Shaaki marraige...

The marriage is as realistic and close to the real thing as possible on ITV. There is no false drama (Alok type family drama is real and every wedding has few of those relatives) and for most part the sequence of rasams make sense for punjabi wedding.

Love all the undercurrents but everyone wants to maintain peace for the happiness of their "Pyara Shaurya"

Astha and Devi are dancing a fine tango with who does what and Shaurya is trying to balance between them. The only difference is Devi is constantly aware of Astha and is constantly competing with her in some ways while Astha keeps letting go despite her desire to hold back. It was gracious of Devi to let Astha take lead in milni.

How much drama do the twins need? They keep forgetting it is their brother's wedding and any drama will hurt him. I hope they see ample drama in their lives so that their craving for constant thrill is satisfied.

Tej finally made an appearance. I am unsure if he came because he loved Shaurya or because he wanted to enjoy Anokhi's discomfort and helplessness at the exam preponement news. Regardless his presence pleased the entire family.

Did I see shagun wipe tears at Varmala? What is all that about?

Alok decided to maro mauke pe chauka and create some chaos but thankfully Shaurya put an end to his nonsense. It never ceases to amaze me how intelligently and subtly Shaurya deals with family. Both he and Anokhi never say a single thing that is disrespectful but they manage to put their perspective forward strongly and put an end to all the nonsense around them.

Now for the couple - How happy, excited and picture perfect did they look? Both cannot take their eyes of each other, I love that the show does not get squeamish about the fact that they find each other physically attractive. If Shaurya cannot wait for his wife, Anokhi cannot wait to be with her PS either.

Does anyone else feel that Shaurya purposely dials up the nautanki factor just because he enjoys teasing/embarrassing Anokhi while making her feel cherished and it is fun? He has not lost his brain cells and he is very alert. He did notice that Reema and other students seemed worried about something.

Precap: Loved how gently Shaurya was asking why Anokhi was crying so that he can fix the issue. My anokhi learnt her lesson well and shared her problem with Shaurya trusting him to help her out. She said sorry..wonder why because she is about to ditch the wedding and head for exam or because she is sad about not being able to attend the exam on the best day of her life. I could completely see the wheels in Shaurya's head turning while everyone is waiting for him to react badly. Astha seemed worried, Tej was giving creepy smile, Devi seemed resigned, Betty and Shagun were expecting fireworks. We will see tomorrow what is Shaurya's solution.

Everyone looked so pretty and handsome!! And Shaurya’s excitement is contagious!! And Anokhi sneaking a look at her groom....such a cute moment!

I like the awkward moments between Devi and Aastha....it’s as it should be. I’m so glad Tej showed up....everyone acknowledges that no matter what he did, Bade Papa is important to Shaurya. And ShaKhi receiving aashirwaad was poignant! BTW, Shaurya was on an ashirwaad roll today and admitted he had no sharam!!

Loved how Babli asked Anokhi to act like a dulhan! And what an entry our bride had...nearly flooring her groom! Shaurya in love is love! I loved how Anokhi is not a shy bride. She confronted Tej and had to be stopped from speaking up against Alok. She will always choose right over wrong, no matter how uncomfortable.

The varmala ceremony was so cute! Shaurya could not stop himself from jumping on his girl and he put his varmala on himself. 🤣 That boy has no chill. And when they took her away...”control shaurya control” as Gayatri said!

Sociology exam being preponed looks like a Tej scheme right now.....that slimy smile. But then again, there’s Alok and Shagun too. What is their plan to stop the wedding if not this? The twins and Reema get the message but Shaurya doesn’t?? Is he not the Director of SIAC?? Also how ridiculous are the twins that they would rather watch a drama at their brother’s wedding than let him know.

Precap: Why wouldn’t Shaurya be told about the exam? Use your phones children!! He’s going to support Anokhi like he promised he always would! He’ll prove himself to be unlike any guy in her life.

The Tej entrance today felt like the most ITV scene!! The reaction shots galore!!

Devi was running like she had to catch a train and in front of shaurya she was like saath mein kar lete hai 🤣

And looks like alok and shagun doesnt intend to stop the wedding but break the marriage afterwards..

Shagun had lot of expectations from bade papa and he was behind sociology exam.

And i loved that anokhi said that in mandap 😊 truly wanted this to happen.

Dont know how shaurya doesnt get a message may be his phone is somewhere else 😆

And yes we got so many reaction on different scene nazar na lage sometimes i wait for such reaction shots 🤣

Omg Shaurya was like one hyper kid today. I wanted to say control Shaurya control. But Shaurya will be back to swag ss in no time. I love love love how Anokhi told everything to him. Par sorry samajh nahi aaya. Anokhi learnt her lesson and that’s enough for me. Shaurya will manage the rest.

BM has been too sweet and nice. She kinda grew onto me by letting go of her stubbornness and being there for her son. She also allowed Astha to get milani thing done first. She feels hurt but she is ignoring it. As a woman, she is feeling insecure of her son. All of this is portrayed really well.

But yes, they have soften her character quite a bit the last two episodes so if it is her, it will come out as surprising. Esp for Shaurya. Who then may also find out the reason for his parent's divorce.

Yeah but some how I still don’t get good vibes from her. She has too much ego to let go of anything. She basically treats Shaurya as trophy son. I still want to question her love as she claims.

He has considered her mother and grown up around them so but obviously there is and should be affection factor naturally- which is there. But she wants Shaurya for herself and tej also pointed it out. She needs to know where he is all the time. That’s obsessive and not healthy. Fortunately Shaurya doesn’t hold her on high pedestal now.

I loved how dulhan had to be reminded by babli that She is dulhan and behave like one.., that scene was ❤️

Dulha tho hamesha se besabr hain… and he was soooo out of control today… 😍 and how he quickly held Anokhis hand and made her put the varmala without giving any Bhav like it’s usually done

Hayeee it was so refreshing to see. A dulhan on ITV not feeling shy n sharmili is such a treat to the eyes. The the antics of the utawla dulha were soooo cute. 😍😍 You are right! Shaurya toh hai hi utawla but to see Anokhi so bindaas and excited for her wedding makes me sooo happy!! I am loving the way they both are not at all shy to express their feelings and admiration for each other. So refreshing to see a real life like couple on tv. 😍😍😍😍

I am so happy with the way this wedding is happening. I love the drama in this wedding. No ITV wedding has been as happy an affair as this. Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum was the first show where I had expected the leads to have a happy wedding with no ott drama because the show was meant to mock ITV...but jo ghatiya drama karvaya tha, I had lost hopes from ITV that there ever would be a happy wedding!! But SAAKK is here to mock every ITV cliche!😎 How happy I am to see an ITV wedding where the drama is not about class differences, vamps cheap thrills, bride/groom swap, some kidnapping nothing! There's drama yet no drama. I love how the entire family is present in the wedding. I know there are hidden motives, but still every one is putting Shaurya's happiness before for the time being. Did we ever imagine Devi will let Aastha do the milani rasam, Devi will say apne dulhan ko varmala pehnao? Idc what kitchen politics she does later on, but let me enjoy her love for her beta for now! Tej has still not accepted them, but let me happy for now that he blessed the two and said Shaurya ka din hai, sab wahi hoga jo wo chahega! Let me be happy that Rammi Bhalla has changed right in time and he's happily participating in his daughter's happiness. Let me be happy that Shaan and Aastha have kept their past aside and giving Tej and Devi the respect of Shaurya's BP-BM for his happiness. Let me be happy for the selfless friend that Ahir is being for Shaurya and Anokhi! Iss happy family ko meri nazar na lagg jaaye!!!

So true!! There is drama yet no drama. Coz even the drama there is so real n relatable. N yes yes yes to everything you said. Let us be happy for these small but precious moments. Regardless of their motives n intentions, today everyone has put their differences aside and come together to put Shaurya’s happiness above everything else!!! Ahir is a gem! I hope they never change his character. He and Reema are truly the kind of friends we need in life!! 😍😍

And lastly...let me celebrate that in Anokhi I trusted, and she delivered on my trust! My baby girl is all grown-up!! She trusts her partner, she knows how to communicate with him! Mummyji and babli must have asked her to forget about the exam and chup chaap sit in the mandap, I am glad she still tells Shaurya the truth! The couples who don't let others change the way they are with each other are my favourite! What you want to tell your partner, how you want to tell them, when you want to tell them should be a thing only between you two and none gets a say in it...no one I say...not even your parents! As long as a couple doesn't let their dynamics change because of the family's dynamics, the couple stays happy forever! May God bless Shakhi with unaffected strong dynamics of their own...and they'll be ready to take on the world!

This is so true. I have always wanted them together, standing strong, facing everything and everyone together. Keeping utmost trust in each other. I can see that dream coming true today!! My Jugni has learned to trust her love as Shaurya learned to respect his love’s ambitions and self respect. My babies have grown in love. They have learned to communicate. They are learning not to let anyone, including their own parents come in between their understanding of each other. Shakhi had always had the power to unshakable and now they are on their way to become formidable for the people who try to break them apart.

Your predictions are coming true, our babies are getting married at the place which has been witness to all their emotions, which has been witness to their changing relationship, which has been witness to their love. It’s like homecoming for them!! And it’s perhaps destiny that their journey together into future should start from the same place.

I don’t care what anyone says. This is the only sensible, real and relatable show on ITV. There is no ott drama, no over the top planning plotting. Breaking all the ITV stereotypes in every step!! This is as real as it gets. That’s why this gives the feel of real wedding or perhaps a well written movie. Today everything and everyone was on point. The acting, the dress, the makeup, the lighting, the cinematography, the reactions. Everything was perfect.

And how gorgeous did our couple look!!! Wow!!! I can’t stop gushing over them!!! 😍😍😍😍

Song choices have always been the strongest point of this show and I am glad they kept the tradition up!!

Betty are definitely trash. They don’t care about anyone apart from their own drama and entertainment. Whoever made the plan didn’t take account to the fact that Anokhi will confide in Shaurya and Shaurya will always stand with her no matter what.

even i sobbed in that scene beautiful scene and the way bhalla realized the builduo since last two three episodes i loved it. Didn't look rushed at all. You know yesterday me and deepshi were discussing about dilbaro song and a vm on that and they played that song today.
