Rama Bhalla's horror on knowing that Sabharwals knew about the kidnapping fiasco was real. She is probably thinking oddly they are intertwined with that family in ties of love and hurt (there is one attempted murder, one attempted kidnapping that no one knows of and one full blown kidnapping).

Padai ho gai...now it is exam time. Not in terms of academics but in terms of relationships. It was a test for Tejvi that it is time to accept change and move on or risk losing their son, Obviously they failed since Tej is still trying to play games, he has accepted Anokhi under duress but he seems determined to show her place and make life hard for her not unlike he does for other daughter-in-laws.

It was a test for Babli to show that she can be brave and independent when Vineet tries to sneak back in by buttering up Bhallas...I think she will pass with flying colors.

It was a test for Mr Bhalla to see if he has realized his mistake and is ready to course correct bit with respect to Anokhi and Babli. We will see how he does?

It was a test for Ahir's friendship, if he is going to be fine and try to play villain to get Anokhi but move on . He too passed the test with flying colors with his honesty and open communications. He closed that chapter with Anokhi and started a new one. You have Shagun on the other end of spectrum who failed the test of friendship, love, self respect and reality badly.

It is the test for Shaan- when he finds out Tej's new plan, will he try to stand by his son and daughter-in-law or lose his spine again

It is a test for Shaurya - Shaurya keeps talking about change in his soch and wanting to be the husband Anokhi deserves - can he help Anokhi navigate through the latest challenge (shaadi vs exam) without feeling abandoned or hurt and once again thwart the Tejvi plan.

However the biggest test is for Anokhi- With the lesson just recently learned (I thought that the lesson was necessary and the timing was fortuitous), can she place her trust in Shaurya. If she is unable to reach him and push comes to shove, will she choose her education or her love?

I am also curious how Shagun intends to manipulate the situation. I think the family is about to get surprised by Anokhi and Shaurya's reactions (assuming we are still proceeding the logical way) and how they deal with it. They truly have no idea how much Shaurya has changed and to what extent he is willing to go for Anokhi. The reverse is true too, they have no idea how much recent lesson has strengthened Anokhi and how much she prizes and needs Shaurya.

There are KPs around the ceremony being held in SAIC. Would love that, somehow grand affairs have never worked in Shaakhi's favor, they always have to scale it down and go with something impromptu. It has been true for their realization of love, proposal, confessions and first marriage.

What a nice way to tie in all the stories. Everyone is being put to a test!

I can't wait for the shaadi sequences to see who passes and fails their test!

I absolutely loved both of them getting dressed up .. especially Shaurya with both his parents by his side. So heartwarming!❤️

The getting dressed with family reminded me of my wedding. The night before it's just family at our house, so the aunties and cousins get to see the wedding saree(we don't put it on though) and see all the jewelry and such. It's like a cute preview because the next day no one really gets to see up-close and analyze.

Wasn’t it beautiful that they acknowledged each other. These two and their purpose in each other’s lives is just 🥺 ❤️❤️ My silly heart was half expecting for her call to end when she was crying and for Shaurya to get panicky and run to her Haldi 😁😍😍 ( cliche much? Yes please.. me wants it !😂)

This ITV conditioning won't leave us! SAAKK is teaching me to appreciate a good story and good pacing. And that phone conversation. I still can't get over how she called him...and not hearing her how much he panicked.....and he wanted to take care of anyone who hurt her....my protective baby!

Babhir is🙄😕🤷‍♀️ ..I’m still collecting the broken pieces of my Shauhir dreams 😭🤪😂

Tej is confusing.. one moment asking Devi to prepare for Anokhi’s Grihpravesh and another moment plotting to keep her away 🤪🤪 well we knew that he’s still gonna keep creating hurdles post marriage but didn’t expect it on their wedding day! Maybe it’ll be a blessing in disguise for SHAKHI??

Tej will be at the wedding....all dressed up! Does that mean he's had a change of heart? We'll see I guess. He does confuse me!

Maybe they are allotted to take exams in different groups or Cohorts? That’s the only explanation I can think of if the rest of them get to stay for the wedding.🤪( which cannot take place without the bride!) but onto better things first.. I want SHAKHI to have some alone time before the wedding.. when they see each other in their wedding attire 😍❤️ Eyes will be glued and hearts shall explode! 😍🤩💥

All the shaadi bts gave me some sukoon. I avoided videos, saw some gifs and pics and watched interviews. In a pic I saw Reema was at the exam too, so at least that matches. Maybe Bebo and Kitty are in different groups, a VIP student group.

The fact that both of them have their hearts desire on the most happiest day of their lives is so very very precious. Their respective parents, by their side, with their heartfelt blessings, complete acceptance and love. 😍😍
The father daughter scenes really broke me, I haven’t sobbed so much for a fictional show or characters. The flashback scene added to the bittersweetness of the situation. Some things cannot be forgiven ever, but they can be maybe be forgotten. With time and the repentance and acceptance which can be a balm to the years of pain. I am glad finally Rammi Bhalla is endeavoring to become the father Nikki and Babli deserve. Every daughter deserves a supportive, understanding and loving father. And finally after all the suffering the Bhalla sisters get their due. I was so happy to see Vineet getting the treatment he deserved. N I was so happy Mr. Bhalla decided to do it in Bhati mehfil and not in some band Kamra owing to society. That truly marks the depth of his repentance. All the dialogues spoken by Papa Bhalla were sweeter coz they were the words spoken by Nikki time and again. Today her heart must be so full. The one thing she craved for, her fathers acceptance and unconditional love. She got it today. The happiness in Nikki’s eyes, the peace in Babli’s face was everything today. 😍😍
The background score in these emotional scenes were so beautifully done. It added to the emotional reunion. Song selection has been the strongest point in this show! Always!! 😍😍

The father daughter reunion was everything we could have asked for and more and the fact that he gave credit to the change of heart to his Nikki, just added to that sweetness tenfold. A father should be their daughters hero, if not a superhero. Papa Bhalla has a long way to go, but he did take a huge step forward today.

I'm sooo glad it took a couple days for this Anokhi/Ramesh reunion!! And that use of Dilbaro, got me right in the heart! And his dialogues were sweeter because he was saying his daughter's words. She's been trying to infuse these progressive thoughts into her Papaji all her life. And to know that you can change someone's mind just by being yourself and standing up for yourself has to be give Anokhi such strength. I alsoooooooooo loved the look in the Bhalla sisters' faces. Such happy daughters. How sad that grown women were astonished that their father stood up for them? It was a much needed sequence!

And the first thing she did was to share her happiness with him. 😍😍 Can’t tell you how happy my heart was to see her calling him to share her happiness. How far my babies have come. N how cute was Shaurya. So agitated to hear his love in tears n happy to know they were happy tears. And both of them gave each other the due credit for achieving their hearts desire. 😍😍 I love how far they have come in their relationship, how the understanding and trust has grown. 😍😍Touchwood!! Nazar Na lagey. Please makes keep this character growth and trust intact. Pretty please! 🙏🙏

N how cute was it that the first person Nikki shared her happiness was with her PS(but can we please get over that name now please.) Anju our babies are using technology for communication. How precious is that??? 😍😍😍

I loved their communication. Righttttttttttttttttt, they're using technology. The amount of times we've ranted about their inability to use a phone. And now Shaurya takes selfies and posts on social media. Anokhi picks up phone calls and initiates phone calls and they do video calls. Our babies have entered the 21st century!!

Having said that, I am so glad that the father daughter reunion and the mother son reunion happened organically. Agreed that Shaurya and Anokhi may have been a catalyst to each other’s happiness. But the core reason were they themselves. N that means so much to me. I would not have been this happy if Anokhi had brought Shaurya n Aastha together or Shaurya had brought Anokhi n her father together. Coz then their wounds may not have healed so completely. A father recognizing his daughters worth and a son getting back his mother, both happened coz of the respective daughter and son themselves. N that’s everything.

This is such a great point!! Their reunions really were organic. Just create enough of an environment and circumstance, and let what needs to happen. She missed her Papaji and that was mentioned time and again and Shaurya brought them into each other's orbits so that they could reunite. But the changes in Papaji happened on their own and his decision to stand up for his daughter's was also his own. Shaurya just showed him the mirror. And took a stand against Vineet and for the Bhalla sisters. Also seeing a real damaad made him realize what he had been valuing in Vineet was fake.

Same for Aastha/Shaurya. They've been circulating around each other. Anokhi with her sharth had pushed it on him, but she backed off as soon as she saw the depth of his hurt. But having Anokhi in his life opened his eyes, but also gave him the opportunity to accept that he wanted his mom still. It was Anokhi's support that really had him cross that line and talk to Aastha so openly.

Our babies are growing and learning!!
Now talking about the unsavory parts of the episode. Unsavory certainly, but definitely character appropriate. Devi’s jealousy, over possessiveness and her ego about money, this is going to hurt her relationship further with Shaurya. The more she holds tighter, the more he is gonna break free. The more she tries to plot against mother-son-wife, the more she will lose place in his life. She should be thankful to Aastha that she didn’t tell Shaurya about what Devi did yet. But knowing her character she is too egotistical for that. But the Devi who rules n dominates everyone is a meek submissive kitten in front of Tej. That’s really amusing to me. Tej is trash. He will need some hard knocks to come around, and I trust my Shakhi n Shastha to give it to him.

Devi and Tej bring the drama so I'm okay with some bits of their ego and pride. Better than Alok and Shagun!

The bride and groom getting ready was such an emotional but beautiful science. The background score. Shastha getting Shaurya ready. (I am so glad it was only Shastha n no Devi) it made the the scene sweeter. Shaan tying his turban and Aastha putting Kala teeka . My heart!! 😍😍 How gorgeous they both look. 😍😍And I am so glad that both of them are equally excited to belong to each other. Warms my heart. 😍😍

Their besabri reflects our own!! Two more episodes this week. How will I survive Sunday? Rewatch time!!

I really hope after the marriage, Shakhi move into Shaan’s flat, not Sabarwal mansion.😍 SR aside, they need to have some peace and heartfelt talks after all these emotionally charged episodes. I really want them to be at peace in each other’s arms, talk heart to heart and sleep peacefully in each other’s embrace. 😍😍😍😍SR can wait. (Don’t kill me for this KP gang 😆)

I'm really concerned by how many on this forum are okay with this. Everyone is convinced the couple will be too exhausted. If they're in the same room, they better be getting it on. No level of exhaustion is acceptable!

I know there are no happily ever afters in an ITV show. But it truly is a happy beginning today. For everyone!! Let’s see how the drama adds spice to their life.

Over all an amazing episode. I am apprehensive for what’s gonna come next, but excited too. Fingers crossed 🤞 n keeping faith in writers.
