I think the second pic is she getting revealed in front of as Mr Roy, because I remember there was a dadi and Mr Roy bit with Cream colored coat which is similar to the trousers she is wearing.

My theory on this whole scenario

This is RiVanGre plan

1. Even if angre feel riddhu kuch chupa ryi hau he wont easily tell ishani that riddhima is faking her pregnancy

2. Vansh himself took riddhu to doctor one after sara kidnapped her now when ishani trapped her in car .

mr roy is also RiVangre plan as we have two bts one riddhu with dadi in same outfit and second one vansh and riddhu date with ridz in same outfit .

It can be ridz ka disguise look vansh ke samne aa gya
