He was after her vat savitri vrat from the robe night itself...he only brought it up that night too...he probably sees that as sugn of commitment and doesn't see the need to have love or deep feelings for that. Pretty much like in arranged marraiges..it takes long time for deep feelings to develop but we do these vrats and poojas from first year itself whether we define our feelings or nor. Part of it is culture, part of it is the elevated platform our society gives to suhaagnism...if I may coin the word. And part of it is well wishing for our spouse long life and well being which we anyways want irrespective of whether we define our feelings as love or not. Almost every culture in india has this praying for husband in some form or the other for married women.

Yes and in emotionally evolved couples, men also participate , do fasting and help out the wives because they understand it goes both ways . I have a feeling that Raghav will fast for Pallavi too. The man is committed . No matter whether he defines his feelings or not.

I love that every step of the way, Pallavi is being allowed to make her choices. She had a choice of going back to D house when Baba asked her. She chose to stay with Raghav. She had a choice to go to Kolhapur when Raghav was willing to let her go. She chose to stay with Raghav and chose to accept this marraige. Now , she is being given a choice whether to do the vat savitri vrat or not.Elders have told her to do it only if she has feelings for Raghav. Kudos to the CVS for showing this step by step choices made by FL. Its Pallavi who is making the decisions between Raghav Pallavi relationship. The only shot Raghav called was marrying her in distasteful manner..but ..after that all the choices have been Pallavi's.

I appreciate CVS showing that Pallavi is not being pressurized or forced on any of these steps.

I guess her answer to Raghavs feelings question would be yes, I feel, but I feel anger. I do think he should apologize for that- keep out of my family affairs dialogue . She needs to make sure he accepts her as both biwi and bahu of the house will full rights before she bothers with the vrat. But Raghav will come through. IMHO❤️
