Was Raghav trying to put himself in Sunny's shoes and think?

Precisely! And Kirti should notice this too. For a second, I thought she did (but was too distraught to focus)- I mean, this girl is the first person Sunny is expected to turn to, and his girlfriend of two years with all their 'beintihaa mohabbat' has no idea? Shady AF!

How does RR manages to make

" Pallavi " sound so sexy every time?😆

Every time he calls her by name I am like kaash mera naam Pallavi hota..😆

Aur yeh Pallavi insaan hai ke patthar?😆 How can a girl even remain sane when that man is running his long fingers in her hair?

Agree, I need the villains to come out and let us see Raghav's don avatar. I don't mind that he has different facets at home and outside. It wouldn't really help his reputation and profession to be known as the softie we see at home. I do think at times he will have to be firm not rough, which is where he sometimes misses the delicate balance when it comes to Keerti. Also, I hope through this track he'll understand that he cannot be overprotective and possessive to the extent where he makes her feel suffocated, because that is actually the source of the problem and why she fell into Sunny's trap in the first place. Even if he's removed from the picture, she is bound to make other mistakes again for the same reason. Holding Sunny's hand in front of her brother and being defiant gave her a thrill, and a woman like her who can be strong is clearly being totally led by Sunny, including the beintehaa pyaar crap.

They need therapy. I hope we see this on the show. Even if Raghav and Amma have reconciled, their wounds are deep, which is why when Keerti told her she wouldn't be able to forgive Raghav for the deaths of their family members, Amma understood, having been that way until recently. I also think Amma is beginning to realize how her treatment of Raghav over the years has almost conditioned Keerti into equating her brother with evil.

I have deep, deep sympathy for Jaya- no parent wishes to survive the death of their child. But she honestly needs a moment of reckoning herself, because while she lost a husband and child, she also made her other two children lose the guidance of their only living parent. It's a hard situation, because I never want to suggest that she should have brushed aside her loss for the sake of kids- absolutely not. Her pain, her grief, her anger was all very, very valid. But when all's said and done, her refusal to even listen to Raghav, the festering bitterness, the fact that she raised Kirti while spewing this venom at Raghav, and the fact that a very young Kirti also faced a huge burden by having to support an old, very ill mother financially- all of this has been a big contributor to the very messy situation the family is now in. Sure, the reconciliation with Raghav is a step in the right direction, but there's a long, long way to go.

Oof, how can I forget that look? It drove Farhad to ask uparwala to have mercy on Pallavi. Really touched me.

Pallavi being hurt will be collateral damage but I suspect it will be more emotional hurt than anything. After a long time she is able to be herself, to think and feel without inhibitions, and to not worry about others will think when she voices her opinions. If she is hurt by any of the Raos I don't think she could take it. Keerti isn't just her SIL but also a very close friend on confidante since before she met the other Raos. In Amma she sees a mother figure but also someone who can be a confidante - it's work in progress but I know they'll get there because they have so much synergy naturally. As for Raghav, well he has the potential to break her heart in a way no one else can. He already did so on that fateful night, which is why his actions hurt her more than it would have otherwise. I don't think, after giving him another chance, she'll be able to recover if he broke it somehow. I know he won't but the situations aren't going to be easy for her to handle.

We know that Pallavi's complete breakdown is imminent and I expect coming events to be full of trials for her. I'm expecting her to faint a couple of times too.

Another thing that indicated Pallavi becoming collateral damage in all this jhamela was the echoing declaration from Kirti about cursing Raghav's love and happiness. So whether it's emotional or otherwise, I definitely see threat imminent for Pallavi this time. She's caught in the eye of a storm, and is going to be pulled in all directions, especially now with Mandaar's return confirmed. After her last showdown with Vijay, nothing short of her zombie-husband (since neither ex- nor late- seem appropriate prefixes anymore, I'm going to stick with zombie- till we know more) would have been big enough to make her mend those ties, perhaps out of a sense of obligation. And Pallavi's stresses do manifest physically, so the fainting is expected. But also, did you see the vatsavitri BTS? If that fallen thaali is indeed Pallavi's, that's almost a guarantee that Raghav's about to be gravely injured.

The fall-out with Kirti hit me much harder than I expected it to, so I'm glad Sunny atleast cleared the air that Pallavi didn't break Kirti's confidence. I know we haven't seen much of their bond, but whatever we've been told about it, and the flickers we've seen here and there are enough to tell me that both girls valued that relationship a lot, and I hope they get past this hiccup.

Jaya is still an enigma to me. I know she wants the best for Pallavi, and they have excellent chemistry with each other, but much like Raghav, Jaya doesn't always think through her actions as much as she should, and doesn't always anticipate the far reaching consequences. How she'll respond in a given situation, especially if her loyalties to Pallavi, Raghav, and Kirti pull her in different directions, I cannot predict.

If Raghav does break her heart again in the way only he can, I don't think they'll ever recover from it. It took everything she had to take this leap, I don't think she'll take it again.

Padhi! Idea toh solid hai!

Dekhte hain, we should soon know exactly what this guy was up to in the last few days.

BTW, what does lampat mean? 🙈I've seen the word used a lot for Sunny, but I don't understand it.

I just watched the episode again and I found Raghav's reactions to Sunny and Keerti very strange.

He was angry with Sunny but I didn't see the level of anger that I had expected. He even had an almost mocking smile when he realized what Sunny was trying to do by using his words and actions against him and painting him the bad guy in Keerti's eyes.

When Keerti broke off her relationship with him, I didn't see hurt, disappointment or anything along those lines. Same thing when she told him in the room that his opinion didn't matter in her life, he was slightly taken aback but not hurt.

When Keerti and Sunny were holding hands and defiantly talking about their love for another, Raghav looked at their hands and then back a them, but again I didn't the fury, disgust, or suspicion on his face, not even cold anger. When she stormed off to her room, he not only didn't go after her but also remained in his place and calmly wanted to explain to Pallavi what happened. He only went to see Keerti after his argument with Pallavi.

Sai is always spot on with his expressions so it can't be him. What were they trying to convey about Raghav this time? Something was clearly different.

Is all this because he's given up on any affection from Keerti and is solely focused on doing his duty as a brother?

Re: Kirti, I read it as him currently more preoccupied with her wellbeing and thus not caring too much about what she's saying. It's also acceptance in a sense- I mean, does her saying 'you're not my brother anymore' hold as much weight considering she's anyway not treated him like one in a decade? His complaint about rakhi comes to mind. Plus, with the security he's feeling from Jaya and Kirti in this moment, he's a little less desperate for that acceptance.

Re: Sunny/SunKi, I noted his point to Pallavi- he acted like a 70s ka villain that day, because the threat of them running away was immediate, and he had to put an end to it at any cost. Now that there's less of an immediate threat, only Kirti's disgust and disdain to put up with, which he has ample practice in, he's responding in a calmer, less emotional way. I also assume he realized Sunny is no kaccha khiladi, and schooled his expressions perfectly so as to not give anything away, and maintain a neutral facade.

She wasn't using her villianish tone like you mentioned and BG music.

I'll be pleasantly surprised if they give Sulochana layers. Come to think of it, I won't be surprised if it's decades of living under the thumb of a patriarchal, regressive man like Vijay and her own husband's inability to take a stand that made her more and more bitter and vindictive over the years.

I'm still trying to gather all my thoughts for that promo, and find the right words to express them. Will respond to your great promo analysis when I do, and include this there.
