It's not sulo. It's ved only because last time he was listening Inspector swami and Pallu's conversation about Mandaar so he is here with full proof plan against Raghvi

Raghav has been a Don. Pallavi knows how his old nature has been. As long as Raghav is indirectly involved in Mandar’s death, I think this track is towards making Pallavi accept Raghav with all his vices. The slate has to be cleaned first for a new start.
