Yeah, I admire her so much for that! Otherwise I have seen people say things like I am rejecting offers as if to show they are flooded with offers. But it takes guts to admit no good work is coming their way.

I so wish that changes and she is able to make her mark, once again!

Some actors are so lucky in that sense. they got good shows back to back - Sriti Jha, Drashti Dhami, Jen winget, Vivian Dsena, Shabbir Ahluwalia and so on. their 2-3 projects from last 10 years, all have been successful and they were hardly out of work

I agree, arnav was really mean to khushi in that track and I hated him for that. But he also suffered alongside, as demonstrated by these scenes 😭

Divyanka was another actress who opened admitted to not having work/good work for a while after BMTD. She was very thankful for YHM which she absolutely nailed. Afterwards, she said she never said no to work no matter what it was, she did pretty much every stage show or appearance she was offered

I'm glad that you mentioned these people who have done back to back work. You are right, they have been lucky in that sense, especially Shabbir and Sriti. But the show they are doing is also saas bahu and I personally would never want my favs to do a saas bahu.

Also, the irony is that Drashti and Sanaya are best friends and started their career around the same time from the same channel (DMG and MJHT). I love both of them and wish Sanaya also had the chance to show her versatility as an actress

Yeah you need to catch up lol. Shaurya's relationship with his mother is different because she had to leave him when he was a kid so he had a lot of built up anger and hatred towards her. okay won't spoil it anymore

See, even if the show, kumkum bhagya is saas bahu, its not that pathetic unlike *cough* rishta kya kehlata hai *cough* (from what I have read in IF news) and is a TRP topper. Which means they got to stay relevant AND successful, for 7 years now. both of them are good actors is a plus.

Drashti was also extremely lucky in terms of work, DMG, Geet, Madhubala, ek tha raja and so on.

These people never faced dearth of work. I wish sanaya got good opportunities too 😭 its been 6 years! and for that matter rhea too :( its high time these ladies got their due success.
