I wouldn't feel as much bad for myself for loosing the show as I would feel for the team. This injustice keeps happening with every other show that doesn't garner deserving trip n this happens with almost every good show. I m pretty used to it now n I can be shrewd about it. But I am not able to see how it is affecting the team, especially KV and Deba. Poor souls are taking so much effort to promote the show. Unka kaam bhi nai hai itna promote Karna jitna wo Kar rahe hain. All these years I have been like it's all business for these actors, it's only about earning for them. Of course earning is important as well, but that wouldn't be my headache. But I see how emotionally invested these two are in this show n it hurts me too see them being hurt by the injustice! No actor publicly expresses his disappointment in the channel or production so easily. When they do, the shit is serious. Last time I saw this when bepannaah went off air for they didn't want to bow down to channel's regressive demands n ruin the story further and I saw the actors crying for real and hugging and consoling each other in their last scene bts. I don't want this to be repeated here and that's why I want to help in whatever little capacity I can!

Exactly how it feels. KV and Deba are doing so much.. we need to add in some effort on our side...

I think you should use other starplus shows. does it have to be current shows??

You can use Raghvi and Sairat as well if it can be done as cross promotion between fandoms.

I am already clearly specifying in the very first line that I may or may not make sense to you and if you feel I am not making sense, kdly stop reading it there and then but do not bash me for my words. Marketing is the easiest and the toughest of all things in the world. Our show isn’t getting any marketing due to the ego of this highly prestigious channel which functions only on TRPs. And trust me, jo log yeh kehte hai naa TRPs don’t matter, they are the biggest fools who are living in a delusionary world. They are seeing the world of ITV through a different lens. Our show needs desperate promotions and viewership.

Jotting down the ways we could attain it:

• We need to make a fan page on Insta. Use the feature of reels the most. 15 seconds at the max for old videos. Upload it at a frequency of 2 hours. We end up uploading 12 reels a day. How? We all stay in different time zones. It’s possible for us.
• Make 30 seconds videos. Cliffhangers to attract audiences. Use old scenes. Famous ones to attract audience.
• Reels par most popular audios use karo. We need VMs makers. Kindly get in touch with me over Instagram/twitter/IF PMs for help.
• Post as many as caps possible with beautiful writeups and dialogues. Writers needed!
• There are these apps like Moj and stuff. Sorry, I got no idea about it but it’s similar to Tiktok. When tiktok was not banned, I had got to know through my friends who used the app that people do upload scenes from their favourite shows on the app and that’s how the viewership for those shows increased and so did TRPs. The rishta show for the same channel.
• Promote jo tera hoyega on your stories when you post your own pictures too. There are people who do end up searching song name and the entire history and geography of the person behind it and finally finding the show too.
• Use the feature of shots on Youtube. Our YouTube viewership is almost nil. We need to create a youtube channel and promote the show there too using shots and uploading very short scenes.
• I have already shared the way we can double our viewership and anyone and everyone around the world can contribute to our show through their viewership.
• Hashtags are a must. Along with the tags of our show, use hashtags from other shows too.
• Get in touch with bloggers and big shots, tiktokers who have an influence and request them to promote our show. Trust me, they do help.
• Create a facebook page. We have an official group and the best part which I learnt is it leaks episodes on WhatsApp 😊 How cool naa?
• Aunties ko bulana hai toh facebook page banao aur bhar do usko content se. TRP kahin se bhi aa sakti hai and most people still use facebook to get updates about serials. I know a lot of them.
• These people have been doing a lot of PR. Hum bhale hi kuch bhi kahe but these interviews are too precious to create buzz and hype. The public image of the team is very nice. They are highly appreciated and very much loved so we should keep requesting portals to continue taking their interviews to maintain the public image and keep the show in talks.
• Understand and try to visit FPs of other shows and understand how they are able to create the buzz. I no longer see SAAKK in my search suggestions. I came across this show through YouTube and then Instagram. I didn’t even watch any serial’s clip but SAAKK happened to be on my search suggestions out of nowhere. This reach to the unknowns needs to be made.
• Word of Mouth marketing is important. Market the show in such a way ki sunne wala khud hi bole ki bhai yeh toh dekhna hi hai. The way we market netflix shows. Friends groups mein discuss it and do loads of tareef. I did and turned my friends into viewers. They are obsessed.
• If any one of us are a good writer or expresses well, we can have a personal blog on the web where that person writes reviews of the daily episodes and we all promote it through different mediums.
• We can also do a thing. Instagram captions play a vital role in attracting audience so if not a blog, we can add the best cap and post the writeup in the caption or we can explain the essence of each scene and post it on twitter and Instagram but after the telecast.
• Before telecast, we can give cliffhanger spoilers. This will increase curiosity.
• Meme it. The scenes, the dialogues. Everything.
• We can also have a series where we could tell how a scene could have been if it was Bollywood style. I don’t know if it works but we can try. Shayad filmy maniacs aajaye aur interesting lag jaaye unko show
