It doesn't make any sense..In the beginning, Riddhima was crying and apologising for killing someone and the scene went into flashback of 12 hrs back..if she DID lose the baby, it happened during those 12 hours right..

But half way through the episode, when the fb is going on, riddhima is acting like she has already lost her baby
