On second thoughts I think I’ll also agree with most that it’s to unravel the BM mystery. The makers won’t introduce a new track just when the show is ending and the ongoing tracks are still incomplete. So this pregnancy letter could only be linked to any one of the ongoing mysteries.

If Riddhu really has been faking her pregnancy for god knows what reason then that is a separate track in itself and I don’t think 2 weeks worth of episodes is enough time to wind up all these tracks.

So many mysteries are yet to be solved.

I feel it's a trap by Riddhu only to catch BM, maybe. Another trap like she did fake Sara death, to tide us through Vanshless episodes. She must be pregnant. She won't lie about something this big to Vansh. She knows he won't ever forgive this. And, the doctor checked the baby. That must have happened in front of Vansh!
