He is giving her the choice. Though she said that she is choosing him over d family, he wanted her to do it because she wants not because she has to.

That precap, she looked as if it's him who is going. 😆

I knew one-day he will let her go but didn't expect it so soon. I'm happy that they are not dragging the tracks so much, but at the same time I don't want them to rush. 🤔

@bold- Pallavi hasn't reached that point yet. She'll stand up for others, but it's difficult for her to stand for herself. Even with Kirti, she defended Raghav, not herself, though she's fully blameless in the Sunny fiasco. I'd have liked a bit of 'What do you have to forgive me for, anyway? I love your take on the precap, and I agree. While they're on the right path, moving past what he's done to her is not going to be easy, and it's going to be exponentially tougher for him than it is for her, especially in light of all these wonderful surprises she's giving him. Add his guilt complex, it's going to haunt him for a long, long time.

I sometimes wonder whether it would be healthier for them to divorce, date, and remarry sometime in the future when they're both sure of wanting a life partner, and sure of their love for each other.

I know, she doesn't defend herself, and kind of give the other person the right to walk over her, aah the irony with her dialogues... Even that she was saying to Raghav more it seemed....Her outburst needed to be heard actually... I wanted to hear what she has to say about the fallout.. How it affects her feelings and thoughts from here on....

I wonder how much of her outburst has to do with Raghav's pleas and his past... This all is her response to all of that it looks like.. And even the top priority comment, his actions and behaviour along with her own feelings is pushing her to do things beyond herself, just like the guilt plus liking did for Raghav.. Ismein realisation aur perspective nahin hai, ismein dhoom tana nana na hai..

The starting afresh would be so nice at some point.

But less hopes, some people won't be able to digest seeing absolving the institution of marriage on TV, I have read comments like woh tumhara pati hai, and all.. So.. Pati toh hai, par shaadi normal nahin thi bhaiyaa, please itna bhi legitimize mat karo... Feelings are legit, expectations and confusion is legit, but not whitewashing...and what's a love story if you don't care about everything related to the other person.. The good, the bad, the past, the present, they should face it all...

Their haq as pati patni is as much justified as much as them having doubts wrt this relationship.

@ bold: I expect this. It brings depth and will show that he is actually in turmoil over who he was and he is and wants to be, both for himself and for her. Sometimes he is unrepentant and cribbing and all demanding and then he introspects..The perspectives need to be shown though..

Can I talk about how the build up to this was nicely done. It was still too much for me to digest for any character. But VD wanting to see how far he can go for Pallavi, whether Raghav's ego/pride is more important than her, whether he can actually walk the talk of doing anything for Pallavi and the satisfaction he wanted by making him kneel in front of him because he is Pallavi's father. This was delivered well. He wanted to rebuild that relationship by making Raghav Rao kneel and in his head that makes sense because he can move on from his hatred and eccentricity and can still have the satisfaction of being right. Also some of his thoughts were on the lines of let me redeem you, you need some lessons from me... In his head, Raghav will remain a bad person and he thinks he will sudharofy him by challenging him. But nonetheless his ego >>>>>>>>>>>>

That look of Pallavi totally took me back to the confrontation times with him in RR mansion before marriage...woh aaj main tum se kehti hoon behad nafrat karti hoon tumse wala gussa, aaj dikha..🥳

The last time she gave an earful to VD, I had a complaint that she didn't talk about herself and how he wronged her. This time she addressed that, but not in the way I would have wished, but I know this wasn't the time to pull that kind of emotion. This time VD was pulling a mad stunt and trying to humiliate Raghav and she needed to instill some facts in all of their brains. That I don't want this mad family, because you are harbouring a criminal and you all are disrespecting me and my husband, you can go to hell for all I care. She made it clear, mere pyaar aur bharose ka istemaal mat karo to VD, she took away the right by which VD was trying to humiliate Raghav. She took away the card he was playing...🥳

Also she needed to declare to her family that they are being obstinate in judging Raghav and if they cannot respect their marriage or her or him, they can go to hell for their ego powerplay and hypocrisy. Indirectly she declared to Raghav that the marriage is serious for her and he doesn't need to do these kind of stunts and they don't deserve it.

Raghav has that guilt complex in his mind which VD preys on that he is a bad person and not worthy of Pallavi. Pallavi sees through this emotional manipulation and she tried to put that point across to him, his family and her family, all. That stop going behind him you all and that even if they can't accept him, at least respect her relationship with him, and if they can't, she will break the ties... Simple! Ban gaya first priority!

Ironic though, the past few days all she has been doing is thinking about him only and he accused her of not giving him enough importance. 🤣

The more she does such things for him, the more he will look back at what he did to her and most importantly the foundation of their marriage. The more they get serious, the more deal part will haunt him... I saw it that way..He reacted similarly when she chose to trust him before VD. That usne mere liye ye sab kiya lekin uske dukh ki wajah main khud hoon! Or maybe the thought that she did all of that, but I couldn't fulfill my promise even..

Chalo whatever, I had to watch it numerous times to absorb the shock! If somebody asked me what I was doing, I would have said, "Bas nutella kha rahi hoon!"🤣

@bold - you are right. She has given him all the assurance one could possibly ask for.. Literally hammered the message as forcefully as she could..I mean could she be anymore clear? But he is an insecure guy when it comes to relationships..years of guilt and rejection has hardwired him to believe that he is unworthy. Buying ticket I guess is his way of making sure that the deal part has got nothing to do with what she said or how she feels about him..

It did, right?! It's so common to see couples filling in for one another when the other person isn't at 100%. Also, it's so nice to see Pallavi not being a typical FL and being stuck in kitchen matters all the time or being expected to manage the kitchen all by herself.

Today, when she was opening up, he was off in Tum Hi Ho land, and didn't hear a word 🤣🤣But Pallavi bhi toh aise chalte phirte itni bhaari statement bol gayi, can't blame him for being fully thrown off balance. I'd be overwhelmed beyond imagination too, in his place. I wonder whether Pallavi even realized the weight of what she said.

I think Pallavi did realize what she said but not the extent to which it impacted him. Sure, she knows his back story but it's been barely 24 hours. She needs to know him more to understand the turmoil in his mind.

Yeah, he didn't hear her story. That threw me off a bit because in the precap of the previous episode they showed him listening... Anyway, we'll find out what exactly he absorbed or didn't later on.
