Reason for Shaurya hiding their social marriage plan from Anokhi - Page 2

I'm a little disappointed too. Shaurya being upset with Anokhi and see her make it up to him would be acceptable but hiding her own wedding from her TWICE is not okay.

I always watched the show from Anokhi's perspective bc that's what brought my attention to the show. I was rooting for her from the beginning. I can't see her in pain like this is not fair to her.

I'm also not a fan of Twitter bc they're all so biased towards Shaurya. When Anokhi breaks off their relationship without letting Shaurya know why, then everyone on Twitter was feeling bad for Shaurya but Anokhi has literally been so sad ever since BP told her to leave Shaurya and Shaurya's adding more sadness to her life, yet, everyone's so happy about it and found it funny.

She's been sad for so long now. It's not fair. She deserves to plan for at least one of her weddings. Her previous one was stolen by Shaurya, he's doing it again. (As much as I love Shaurya's character, there are some things all women look forward to and he just took one of her biggest life moments away from her). Also, Babli and Ahir taking a part in this is sort of mean. I would hate it if my sister tortured me or saw me getting heartbroken over and over but still doesn't tell me the truth.

These episodes are not exciting to me anymore. I don't want a complete Shaurya episode or a complete Anokhi episode, almost equal parts of both main leads in the episode are exciting.

When Anokhi finds out it's her wedding, I want her to be mad and so frustrated at Shaurya that she shouldn't talk to him for a month. 🤣

Right from the start of the show, it is Anokhi who has suffered most not only for her own decisions but also those made by others. Shuarya being a man and a rich one at that has got away with almost everything. Still we should not criticize Shaurya. He has his heart in the right place and is doing everything to make Anokhi understand her mistakes. It is true Anokhi is sorry for her mistakes and apologized as well but that doesn't mean she has realised how wrong she was. She will have to learn to fight for her rights by losing the right to plan her own wedding. The parallels are interesting here. Shaurya threw sindoor on Anokhi because he didn't want to lose her. His abandonment issues came on the surface and he married her to make her his own. Anokhi shouted on him at first but gave him time to fix the things. She even understood his problem with his mother and didn't push him any further to save him from more pain. Similarly, Anokhi sacrificed her love for Shaurya because she didn't want him to lose his family and position. Shaurya shouted at her and pushed her away but did not give her the time to fix things. Shaurya understood her dilemma and yet he went ahead to plan a second wedding to give her some more pain. So if Shaurya is doing everything here then how will Anokhi learn to fight?

Shaan was already hopeless. Aastha and Babli have flipped beyond recognition. Now it is a one man show. He is after all a stereotype breaking never before seen ML on TV. Soch ki takkar you say? Well that is not even allowed on the forum how can it happen on the show. I am hesitant to even share my views on any topic lest any criticism be taken as negativity and toxicity.

Even I am enjoying Shaurya vs Sabharwal scenes more. Even I was thinking about the parallels. Anokhi was very angry after the sindoor marriage. But it did not last for even a day. She accepted the marriage and as you said also understood his problem with his mother. But the way Shaurya is now behaving with her is beyond my understanding. And the rest of 'team Shaurya' supporting him in this. Are they thinking that it would be a sweet surprise for Anokhi to suddenly know that it is her marraige that she is attending.

Same here. Watching the episodes and will continue watching because I also love this show. But not happy with everyone hiding this social marriage from Anokhi.

I know everyone is little disappointed with all this hiding marriage issue but I think shaurya doing this to make anokhi realise the way she fight for her study, her rights, her dream she should need to fight same way for her love. It is needed to strengthen their relationship more. As in that confrontation episode shaurya said that he is not someone "jise daan me diya jaa sake" tomorrow BM or Shagun will come to her to ask shaurya does she gonna react same way?

Although anokhi choose the sacrifice mode but now by doing all this shagun marriage thing Shaurya is making Anokhi to voice out her right, he wants her to claim what is already hers. What belong to her is hers only she don't need to do all this sacrifice thing at all.

Even I agree totally. The reason is not very justified. I agree Anokhi should have fought. And she did till it came down to his family disowning him and destroying his career.. Anokhi fought a lot before she broke down. And we are seeing it from Shaurya s pov .. his hurt .. but someone needs to see Anokhi is just 20 yrs old.. Surely not all her decisions can be perfect.. one can be angry with her . But why would you mentally torture her .. in the name of love? I really honestly don't see the point here. You fight it out . Sort it out... It's Shaurya s family who brought about all this.. so he should deal with them which he is. And Anokhi did understand her mistake which was lack of communication.. surely she won't repeat that in future.. so what is she being subjected to this mental torture for?

I genuinely love the show but cannot support this.

lack of communication is not just anokhi's issue...shaurya too have the same problem of lack of communication....

Couldn't babli see through that.... there must be something wrong with anokhi...atleast calm anokhi down and help her...

Whatever humiliation till now anokhi suffered is from sabharwals and shaurya himself (the library incident is not something to be forgotten completely)

But khair Anokhi is now a FL her role is to cry and forgive and love ML, fight against everyone for love and stuff..

With not watching episodes, I am able to detach from the show and storyline easily 🤪 I can understand how TRPs are low now... It's easy to switch off because storyline is absolutely senseless...

Major problem with the storyline is that a character who was supposed to have a grey shade is now being shown as a perfect guy and his actions are never questioned or countered.. He is always getting his way, I feel...

1. He married Anokhi without telling her.. (not that it's anything different now- he is still doing all that without her knowledge)

2. He did not tell Anokhi about engagement and lived in his happy world.

3. He told his family, Anokhi faced all the humiliation. She was kicked out. She suffered. She was blackmailed.

4. Anokhi chose his happiness and future.. She gets tortured and pained.

Logic kahan hai?

But the point is Anokhi doesn’t understand him at all. First she thought he will be happier with his family and his career but without her and decided on behalf of him to part ways. And then she is believing that he is going to marry Shagun. Like really. Uski tarah melodramatic ho jaye aur bol de main sindoor mita rahi hoon. Apne aap sach bol dega. 😅

To be truthful i'm nt enjoying this whole thing. If someone plans my whole wedding without taking my permission i'll just tell him to scoot off.

There is no logic, In fact this is the Shaurya we have been having from the beginning, He has been brought up this way, always thinking about himself. His wife, his mom, his dad, his BM, his BP etc etc. So he is being true to character. Everyone is saying he has changed, even he is saying he has changed, but that is not the case.

But he also has some good traits: He will go to any length to protect the person he loves, He cannot suffer fools (though he himself behaves like one sometimes).

We have a tendency to have a soft spot for the male lead especially when he is shown broken,

Now coming to Anokhi- She is also very self centered in her own way, which she needs to be to achieve whatever she wants to when it comes to her carer. But she is also as stubborn as Shaurya, and because of her immaturity does not communicate. There is also the fact during her outburst to push him away she said by putting sindoor only this is not a wedding, so he is now giving her a wedding...Shaurya is looking for a reaction on her part to fight for him but she has not caught the bait...

However, this show is not so bad, when compared to other shows where the ore the daughter in law cries, sacrifices etc the more people appreciate.

Let us enjoy this serial which is depicting exactly what it had advertised, how a male chauvinist will slowly change with time. It has only started, the journey is yet to really start...

My sympathies lies with anokhi.She is only a 19 year old , who is constantly fighting her family and society for herself and her sister. In one moment of weakness she makes a wrong decision. But even then she chose shauryas life more than her happiness.she failed to understand that she is more important than anything for shaurya. Shaurya needs to make her understand how important she is to him.and the method he is using is despicable.

Anokhi already knows the pain of losing shaurya , she was ready to go through it , if it meant shaurya would not lose anything he worked hard for.How come shaurya cannot understand this side of anokhi.

One thing anokhi wanted in her life was the freedom to make her own decisions.When he first married her , he did not consider consequences of his action , nor took her permission. It was she who was questioned and humiliated .And once again shaurya is taking that right away from her , and this time she is again going to be made fun of.

If shaurya making all decisions regarding their relationship keeping in mind betterment of them is ok , then how come anokhi making a decision with the intention of protecting shaurya wrong??.

, he hurting her to teach her a lesson by announcing his marriage to his ex is cruel.if shaurya can get his forgiveness by asking just sorry from his mother, why cant he give the same forgiveness to anokhi?

One thing anokhi deserving after all her hardships and humiliation is the right to attend her own marriage functions peacefully. And he is denying that for her when he claims to love her more than anything.

Dnt understand ehy people dnt get this point...anokhi isnt sum 5 yr old who needs odrs to decide ehats best for her...shaurya blames her for taking relationship decisions on behalf of both of them nd now does exactly the same thing nd is being lauded by all for that
