BW celebs, especially the Alisters thrive on attention and publicity. If Kat was so protective about her personal life she wouldn't be posting pics on her insta that hint about her relationship. These celebs know fans and media would scrutinize every image they post, thus helping them remain in news.

So they won't directly confirm the relationship but would find ways to keep the media and fans engaged by dishing out subtle hints from time to time.

That's why I find the fakeness and pretense of these celebs being oh so "private" annoying.
