I think QH was different. There Dulha was missing which would make sense in the pregnancy track. But here Ishqi is missing. Ahaan's trust dialogues abhi to hua hai, it should have some significance.

I think this will be their trust test before getting married.

Ahaan will completely trust Ishqi that she would not leave him but there is some real problme

Ishqi will trust him that Rhea is not pregnant with his baby

She will come back and they will get married.
