Hi Sneha🤗 how are you feeling now?
Don't rush to normal lifestyle just yet, step out/ up in graded manner.. though I can understand the itch you must be feeling watching calmly at things being shuffled around, it's such a awkward delicate spot.. especially when everyone in family tries level best to aid, comfort support by emotionally, physically assisting in departments that are way out of their comfort zone..few more days of patience & then you can get back all your home & office departments back😆till then enjoy the break, recuperate, regain your strength back, you need it more than you realise right now,do some sort of breathing exercise, stretch arms walk a little ..days, maybe years from now they'll be one of the most memorable memories, exacting moments bring at forefront the love of family and friends, go easy😳
Hello Nitya.🤗🤗 Know I should take it easy and let go things for sometime. Thankfully today's
event went on without any hiccups and technical glitches. Expectations are high and even a small let
down will not be taken gracefully or lightly due to the masses involved. Have another week of official
leave, so hoping everything will be fine by then. Breathing exercises are on. Taking help of 3 balls
respiratory exerciser too. Lungs are clear as per CT and X-ray. Doing some light stretching activities
too.
How has your day been so far ? Evening coffee break over ? Wrapping up for the day ?
Have a wonderful and relaxing weekend.😊🤗
