Think the difference for MHRW lies in the fact that the PH for both Hindi and the original Telugu version appears to be the same.

So they're free to adapt it any way they'd like, while for the other Star ones, there's less scope for doing so (depending on the adaptation agreement in place)

I wanna see Raghvi daughter/son in hindi version too someday 😤
