This incident has come to light now, believe me, its a dirty place full of deplorable reality. There is so much gunk behind the glitz and glamour that one cant fathom to know what this is all about.
And the judicial system in India doesnt help at all. I wont be surprised if this guy walks away scot free.

I think many don't how the POCSO act work. In other crimes it is "Innocent until proven guilty" but for POCSO it's the other way around.

The DCP went on air to explain why he was taken in custody and that is cause this law abides by the notion of guilty until proven innocent.
There was a similar case couple of years back wherein a male singer had kissed a young/juvenile female contestant after her overwhelming performance. That is the time when I gotta know about POCSO.
