I don't understand why Amrit did not approach RM to save R, she has witnessed many times RM's fondness for R and in this scene RM's loyalty towards R was well shown. Amrit knows about RM and Veer's relation, she could have easily convinced RM. If Amrit didn't want to disclose the marriage truth, she could just say Veer did everything out of jealousy.

However, the trust Veer has in A not to spoil his plan is unbelievable

Amveer, Vashmay and R standing near mandap after wedding (as Amrit's forehead is filled with Sindoor). Veer asking Vashmay to congratulate and give blessings to Amrit while R looks at Amrit. Vashma says what have you done Amrit,have you gone mad? Uday is broken with Amrit's decision and says he is very angry at her for first time and she did a huge mistake and walks away with Vashma (This part was heartbreaking,I swear the way Uday says those line to Amrit). Tears starts rolling from her eyes and only Amveer and R are left there.
