I just want to know if patralekha’s character sketch and roopkatha’s was same if not then what were the dis similarities

Because here I am not able to understand her point I mean though initially I understood and now also I understand she is in her own delusional world but still now it is too much

Just want to know was roopkatha same and how audience reacted to her in OG

Roopktatha actress had an aura in her and you could connect with her pain and loneliness even though the rono actor was not up to the mark and the audience did sympathise with her. But in ghum, I have no words to describe this kba character. For her, it's just yell, rinse and repeat dialogues since 200+ episodes.

Any doubt? My headache after hearing her screeeching over the top voice today still stayed severe. Roopkotha looks class apart from the limited clippings I watched. She is elegant and royal. Her acting is a treat to watch.

Ok the actress in Bengali version looks so dignified. I did actually feel bad for her even though I couldn't understand the dialogues properly. Comparing to Didi, she did so well. I am glad someone put up this comparison. Actress playing Didi's role was simply screeching. I was searching for some cotton to put in my ears instead of sympathizing with her. 🤪

Yaa even I watched some episodes of KD and roopkatha looked dignified not some cheap person trying to do EMA though I don’t know Bengali and I am just talking about body language and personality

I saw the hospital confortation scene and roopkatha looked genuinely hurt

It's an insult to the fabulous actor who played roopkotha to be compared to Aishwarya who is one of the most mediocre actors playing a role that she completely didn't deserve.

I don't know bengali but even not understanding the language, the actor who played roopkotha could convey her agony insecurities so well that you feel sorry for her.

I don't know what the casting director saw in Aishwarya.. if they knew kd well..they should have known that they needed a brilliant actor as roopkotha..here it seems like Aishwarya was just selected for her good looks..acting skills are zero..her wierd expressions gives everyone a headache.
