Hi all!

I’m not too sure if I’m allowed to write this as per forum rule. But this is not character assassination post. Just my pov and some questions.

I’ve not seen last few episodes, only clips, Tweets and IF articles. Today’s episode seems to be particularly triggering for most fans, no wonder they showed ML who was so happy and excited about his sister reunion with her daughter that he hugged his wife for the first time but got so distracted that he had to hold his sil hand. Oh oh btw he is supposedly in deep love with his wife and has moved on from his sil, who happened to his ex-infatuation. This is wrong! Also also, he is aware of her ulterior motives towards him and had made it clear that he doesn’t feel the same way. Its like he took two steps forward and 10 steps backwards today! I guess I can go on and on about Sairat dynamic, Virat’s attitude and pp’s delusion.

But I want to talk about offscreen dynamic that could be heavily influencing onscreen drama. I wonder if we would have still got scene like today if actors playing ml and parallel lead were engaged to get married in real life? If we would have still got the scene if cvs was not the bbf of aforementioned real life couple. Its not a secret that all media portal hype Aishwarya and pp’s character, more than ayesha and Sai.. it feel like makers do not care about Sairat fan, as they majorly contribute towards the show being the trp topper. Also, would Aishwarya and Neil would have justified Virakhi and posted videos and pictures of virakhi if it wasn’t for their own vested interest on hyping their own personal relationship. Is it fair to say fans are not able to keep personal and professional life separate when actors and ph are not able to do so!!

Aishwarya has clearly bashed sairat fans many time. Did she forget that fans make or break the show. I’ve never witnessed toxic real life impacting the show. I mean Aishwarya still calls pp a victim.. can Aishwarya be okay with neil going to his ex lover all the time and his ex loveer demeaning her all the time?? If she can’t relate to that then how can she justify pp as a character? I would have been happy with her accepting and acknowledging her character rather than whitewashing pp all the time. Pp is selfish, delusional, nasty, evil, vile and manipulative person. She has supported abusing devi, wants Virat to become devdas rather than being happy with his wife!! Period.

and not that Aishwarya has amazing acting chops. I mean someone has aptly called her screechlekha. She is seen shouting and screeching in the precap, she has no hold on her craft and tend to give ott expressions and body language. So why this weird obsession with the actress and the character she is portraying?

I wonder what could have been in terms of watching the series and offline content if it wasn’t for the real life couple. We fans are unfortunate and real life couple is unprofessional for letting their real life relationship ruin series watching experience of fans.

Highly disappointed and frustrated!

As much as I hate the offscreen drama I don’t think the track and scenes have got any influence in them.

It’s a copy paste or to put it decently its remake of Kusum Dola Bengali serial.

In that Pakhi character is there in all the scenes and is a third wheel till the end.

To give you a bhayanak example when Sai character confesses love to Virat, Pakhi stands at a distance and watches them.

It’s just that in real life Virat and Pakhi characters are a couple and to top it the cv is a friend. So we feel they are biased or scenes are influenced.
Yes probably to some extent it might be we don’t know.

Best is to ignore the offscreen drama and watch the onscreen drama IMO.

Thank you for your response.

I really like to believe you, and to some extent I do. If I were to think logically then I’m able to comprehend that this series is not only about real life couple but about all casts, crews and ph, so they won’t let offscreen couple ruin it for everyone.

yet, I cannot help ponder whether Neil would have hyped Virakhi knowing that pp is Virat’s sil if it wasn’t for his engagement. Also would Aishwarya demean and bash fans if she doesn’t have some level of assurance. Also about her screen presence and screen time, also her character hype up in the media. I really hope it has no relevance to real life equation.

I guess i’m fed up with actress’s antics! And frustrated with character’s inconsistencies.

I’d definitely try to keep my biases aside and try to enjoy the show by keeping an open mind!!

In orginal versions ml never soft with rk, he never hold rk hand while hugging imon, he never said he is friend to her after knowing her intentions. He always put her in place. When here makers copying each & every thing from kd why they are cutting only those scenes where virat has to be stern with pakhi instead they make him too soft with her to the extent holding her hand while the person whom he claims to love in his arms. How we can say offscreen not affecting onscreen after clearly seeing biasedness for virakhi from actors & CD.

I have openly said that offscreen dynamic are affecting the onscreen storyline.. I would not shy away from admitting that.. The whole Devi being played by her tormentor was wrong on so many levels.. And today what they did with the KKHH scene has established it even more..

The whole purpose of that scene was this only in the movie and in shows that I have seen replicating this scene.. It always comes across that the lovers are pretty much understanding towards the third lead who is a friend and has feelings towards the man.. A hug that is given to a friend who is love with you in a moment of despair, while you want your love to be by your side, telling her as well that you will always be hers...That's what this hug is supposed to mean..

We can say it can mean differently here in Ghum ..Ofcourse..But it was not needed here at all, specially whatever we have seen of the three in the recent episodes.. And I cant avoid thinking that it has been yet again added to accommodate the third lead and also to gain sympathy for her.. Since just recently she was saying is a positive lead. Also the ML has shied away from reposting any stories of SP that paints her negative or puts her against Sairat..SO yes its affecting the story. This is so wrong.. They compromised with Virat now, since whatever they have established in the last few days has been destroyed..

I have issues with the character of Virat being spoiled and played with in order to whitewash the third lead.. Its too late to gain sympathy for Patralekha.. and its wrong to do immediately after the tracks where Sai was thrown out for the same mistakes and we dont even get Virat getting angry for what has been done to his sisters by his family member including PP.. Why not give him dialogues where he demanded atonement from PP in form of skit.. Why give her the authority to deny or show her high handedness..Why give dialogues to Virat , thanking Patralekha..Was is not the least she could do for Devi, Harinee and also Sai, for what she has made them go through...You cant be stern with your elders, atleast be stern with the youngsters.. Its not done that he gets to be inhuman with his wife and be thankful and all soft with others and PP , when they have committed a bigger mistake.. They are spoiling Virat for me and I am strictly not liking it... I simply cant relate to Virat anymore..

Also NB is not responsible for this, but writers/creatives are and PH is for sure..

As much as I know about shows, I think actors get scripts on the set, how much do you think an actor will demand to change to include his girlfriend?

Do you know they don't shoot everyday, maybe Ayesha shoots everyday because she gets the maximum Screen space but actors are paid on daily basis and they are called on set as per their requirement in the scene, most don't shoot everyday

I don't think Neil has enough power to arm twist the PH to include his girlfriend in scenes

One can say Ayesha is demanding maximum SS and best dialogues, I mean her character is the most loved one, but that would be as far fetched as Neil asking PH to change scenes

If favoritism was at play, why would everyone hate Pakhi?

Good example of this is Padmavat, where SLB loved Ranveer and didn't give any other actor a chance to perform, not even the one playing titular role, Ranveer was negative in the movie but won best actor for the role of Khilji

Just my opinion that people who are spending money wouldn't ruin the show which is making them money to accommodate Neil, Neil is not Ambani, moreover it is making his own character look like a two timer, I mean he is such a micromanage-r, why would he ruin his own character?

If Neil Bhatt has so much power & influence on channel & PH then sai ka character kabka end ho gaya hota or virakhi ki shaadi ho chuki hoti.

Virat ko sirf galiyan milti hai , why don't Neil Bhat change this .

So true, in hindi version, the real life relationship is affecting the story and it's character. Even on Tamil, ML maintains distance from his sister in law. Virat here is so soft towards Pakhi.

For example, when he is upset with Sai or angry, he portrays it aptly. But with Pakhi, he is not even the 10% stern. There are so many unwanted scenes between Virakhi. Their real life is affecting the story line whether it is onscreen or off screen.

The CVs, ML, and SL is all delusional in off screen too that is why they try to paint Pakhi as victim, bechari type.

Fans of Sairat, Sai or this show in whole would not have any problem with their relationship, if they did not try to whitewash Pakhi. If only CVs, Aishwarya and Neil accept the fact Pakhi is indeed negative or grey, people would not have subjected or scrutinized her actions. In fact I believe they would have accepted their real life relationship happily. No one would be blaming them or accusing them. I don't know why this simple thing they do not understand.

Doing Negative character is a challenge and not everyone's cup of tea. She should be proud to do versatile roles instead of trying to create sympathy for Pakhi which according to me Pakhi does not deserve it.

I 100% agree with you about Virat character being ruined not able to relate Virat part. Also agree with subpar performance by Pakhi actress.

Their offscreen drama is most of the times unpalatable for the FD.

But to think and believe that, both the leads have influence in the script is the day I will surely leave the show. It would really be a nightmare if that happens for people like us yaar. Honestly Sitara is bigger than the couple IMO. So we are not there yet 😉😊
