It is not just the complection. They need to make him look really ugly . And this is quite impossible. Anyway the novel seems interesting.. and all the girls in Parizad's life will be mean to him, so I think Urwa , Ushna and Saboor fit their roles.😉

If this drama is really based on HN's novel Parizad.. so the male lead is ugly but with a heart of gold. He'll do everything to plz others but they will see only his looks.😒

Usually in desi shows to make a person look unattractive they make them dark skinned🤓 it gives such a wrong message

Pari Zaad Novel latest edition authored by Hashim Nadeem. This novel contains an interesting social romantic story of Parizaad, a poor middle class boy with the ugly face but a pure heart, face the ruthless world with patience. The journey of a common and also unlucky man which starts from zero and ends it with full of twists. The story has great message of peace and love. No one likes him but when someone begin to like him, the past haunt him and he refused to accept the reality. That was the one best and saddest part of this novel.

Overall it is good story with a strong plot depicting feelings of a person who searched for true love in his whole life but his ugly appearance made it impossible. Such a profound plot, such depth and meaning, beautiful portrayal of the human nature, the habits, the intentions, felt like one after the other curtains were falling throwing the masks off of some face. I’m in love with this book and with the writer even more.

Does it have a happy ending?

Novel's story sounds interesting.

Happy that he is back on screen after so long!! Not a fan of any of the female leads and there are 3! Kash any of the female casts drops off and Yumna gets roped in.
