I liked it coz it was not stupid eye lock, and its hug out of friendships or concern .

It was more of a spontaneous action just to hold her back and console qhich can happen normally in our life too.

Hey everyone so finally 😊 we got the first hug of Raghavi 🤗

so as soon as Pallavi heard that VD is in jail, she is all shocked, sad, frantic and eager to meet him and do anything to get him out of the jail...

Raghav knows what she is going through , aas he was in her shoes earlier when amma and keerti were in jail...

He knows how does one feels when your loved ones are in pain, he had felt that pain, that helplessness and nobody was there for him at that time leaving Farhad... He felt shattered, hollow he wanted someone to comfort him, to tell him that everything is okay, to tell him that I am there for you, no matter what... But alas there was nobody to comfort him , to give him solace, to support him, guide him.... And this is one of the reason for what he did with pallavi...🥺

Now when Pallavi tries to go, he holds her hand, stops her.... Says that there is no need to worry, main hoon Na,

Pallavi in her haste just wants to go, he pulls her towards him and put his arms around her, pacifying her, making her feel relaxed...

He lets her forget all her worry... His arms a barrier against the world and her, he is saying to her in the language of silence..

Pallavi no need to worry, I am here with you , I always will be there for you, you are not alone in this, I know how it feels when your loved ones are in pain... I ve gone through this and I am never letting you feel the same... Ill be your solace, your comfort, your guidance..

All this while he is caressing her hair until she relaxes and trusts him to do all the said things 😊

That was such a soothing comfort hug🤗..

Him telling her .now ur not alone in all this..I am always there for u..

Her closing eyes to that hug...she was feeling all comfortable..poor girl was lacking this love...she had to fight all her life in alone😭..

But now she has someone who is there for her...both had their eyes closed for a moment..she needed that comfy for her..with her all panicking..

I liked that..they were normal after the hug...no awkwardness in them..rather they were having married couple fights😆

The way he pulled her was hard but I understand that he was in a hurry to stop her, to provide her the comfert he didn't get from anyone when he was in a similar situation. And that hug was simply an action of a friend, Raghav was not her husband then but her friend. Which explains why the lack of intensity everyone is looking for in him. I'm pretty sure that they both didn't think that they are hugging their partner but their friend which also explains the lack of awkwardness. There was nothing to feel awkward. And when Farhad came Raghav didn't pull away abruptly because he was not being passionate there, nor he was having a romantic moment with his wife, he was simply comforting a friend, exactly what Farhad would have done for him. And if they think about this hug in future, I think maybe Pallavi will, not sure about Raghav though, Pallavi will be seeing a friend not her husband.

And that moment was so pure, so soft but at the same time hard. Raghav was like that with her since day one. He didn't know how to play hidden, he was open. The first time I saw his soft side was when he wiped her face in that highway. Raghav may be a very strong and passionate man but he knows when and where to draw his lines with women, he has said this in the first episode. Which is one of the main reasons why I adore Raghav Rao.

Totally agreed and lot of us really loved the way the hug was done..Raghav comforting her, watching her and true to his word Main Hoon Na. I will take care of everything..Will make everything right..It was so music to ears..She didnt need to run here to there ..like she always did, broken. My love for Farhad..two days back he was teasing Anna and Pyaar..he felt he walked in to their personal space, but didn't roll eyes or tease Anna, rather understood his Anna, why he was holding Pallavi, to comfort her. Beautiful bonding , loved it.

Precap - I really wonder what happened that he came home drunk?? May be some third person creating MU between them?

@ bold1: yeah Ashu 😊 although she always got love from d- fam but along with it came lots of responsibilities which the poor girl had to take up alone... But not anymore as RR says in his style " Pallavi Deshmukh Raghav Rao is here "

They could use some flashback scenes too, where Harish confesses about Raghav never hurts innocents..But may be thats not needed, because Pals herself has realized that, living with him.

He came home drunk bcause he might have thought after what he did ( he confessed tat he misplaced the jewellery in VD’s bag) Pallavi will misunderstand him and whatever effort he has put to mend their as well as Pallavis relation with her in laws till now will go in vain . He was telling’Tumko mere se baat nahin karna tha na phir ye cake drama kyun’ . Pallavi might have cut his call bcause she was busy preparing ‘ thank you’ cake for him and he thought she was angry at him.
