Yes, he is behind the tattoo kand too. Vijendra knows well how the members of the Royal family functions. He is using their weakness to push his agenda. I think the story is finally progressing in the right direction. First, they build-up Amveer. Now, they are building up the story. I believe once R is back, his political affluence will begin while Amrit and Veer’s journey towards each other. Once, Amveer are rightfully married, there’s no way, Amrit can make googly eyes at R.

Yes, the brothers will exchange their places. While Randheer will go on to build a political career. Veer will have his story with Amrit. I am not sure if you could remember, after the first fight between R and V, there was a scene in which Veer took an unconscious Amrit in his arm and walked out while RM held Randheer close to her... I guess that the basic story....
R's father is already here, after the indentity truth comes out Amrit will never be able to see R in the same way... Also, Veer needs her undivided attention. So A craving for R is not possible.. 😆
