Sai is extremely respectful and sweet. Shivi said in interview itself "banda masoom hai".. he is innocent and clearly humble and caring. He def did that out of respect because if you watch whole precap there is a barrier between Sais face and shivangis stomach with her saree ka pallu. Its because shivi is tall and thats where his head would land. Im sure saishi talked about it.
