But people why do we literally turn everything into all vs all posts? It's disheartening. It's also insulting and disrespectful to the people involved. I love Ayesha and I have loved Neil right from Gulaal days. Hyping Ayesha for her hard work isn't equal to discrediting Neil. Appreciating her doesn't mean that a shade on him. Vice versa remains true as well. Why is Neil being dragged into the convo? Cant we credit each one without nitpicking and blaming. Well, it isn't necessary that they always have to be praised in pairs. This behavior is so off-putting and makes the forum toxic.
Aishwarya and Ayehs cant be compared for their work because the SS varies. I see people referring to that and that's very reasonable. We will be reducing Ayesha's hard work to shoot even while she was down with covid and fracture if we compare that with Aishwarya. Stating this is a fact. Ayesha worked hard despite her injuries. I am not saying others should have worked. Obviously, they couldn't have. It's understandable. And we shouldn't compare health. But stating Ayesha's hardworking despite her illness isn't a shade at others. It's a fact. It's an appreciation for her dedication. It no way reduces the value of Neil's work. The statement doesn't discredit Neils's work. Common he is way above that. Why do we have to pit them against each other and dilute the whole thing? They both make Sairat and without one of them, it wouldn't have been possible. In whatever SM I am active on I see an outpour of love for both of them Neil especially. He is getting social media recognition and hype as well. It will be unfair to say one is hyped at the cost of another. Though I see very few media articles on Ayesha, I believe that's because of her reserved nature. Its us who by comparing and pitting reducing the value of their hard work. Also if its about bashing I see Ayesh getting terribly bashed by different FD's on SM. Neil gets dragged too once in a while, That's a part of their job, though it's wrong. They know it very well than us. I don't think there's a need to garner sympathy for that.
The issue at hand was Vanka's comparison. Ayesha filled in for the place of two and singlehandedly managed the show for 2 weeks with the rest of the cast. It should be remembered that she is a newbie. They didn't let the TRP fall too. That's a fact and she deserves appreciation for that. Her work almost doubled and she didn't take a break up until now. Crediting her for that in no way diminishes Neil's hardwork. He came back and did brilliant performance. Also, none of us have an idea of how all other quarantines went. So I think we shouldn't comment on it. They all resumed work asap. I remember SM going gaga over his dance moves though Ayesha was sort of mocked. Well, obviously Neil is a gifted dancer and Ayesha didn't get much time to practice. Now if people want to hype her for all of these let them. This won't discredit Neil or Aishwarya for that matter. Thank you for explaining it so well in the thread Siya. I am so fed up with the Ayesha VS Neil, Sai Vs Virat mentality here just because people have favourities. Hype up your favs without bashing and discrediting others. That is positive
Also at the end of the day, we only know what's dished out through us via media and actors. I am so proud of Ayesha's hard work and I admire her for that. Saying that doesn't mean I am devaluing Neil. I am just voicing out what I felt while watching the show. It will unfair to say only Neil or Ayesha gets the credit. All of them are getting duly credited though I doubt the PH's treatment with Ayesha. (Their SM is a proof). Stop dragging Neil into it and spinning narratives. Let's credit each one without discrediting others.
Lastly, Ayesha and Aishwarya's work cant be compared. Look at SS. That statement infact discredits Ayeshas hard work. We should be concerned about that statement than making it an Ayesha Vs Neil post on purpose
