Martin Bashir is a British (former) journalist ( that word gives me the creeps nowadays) worked for BBC, came to prominence in 1995 after his ‘Diana princess of Wales interview’ which was hailed as the scoop of a generation by the BBC

Then worked for ABC in the USA, had to resign in disgrace, then for MSNBC and again resigned in disgrace ( google or wikipedia on him for the details if you’re interested)

Then hired by BBC again as a religious affair correspondent in 2016

and again left BBC recently when the inquiry into his Princess Diana Interview was going on...

More scandalous than the scandal ( actually it might be a crime) itself is the cover up by BBC... Yet, as I said, nothing will happen to BBC...
