I’ve seen multiple mentions of the ring being ever present here....and I look at it in two ways. The ring holds no meaning to him, so it being there isn’t of value! The other side is that the engagement is valid and is moving towards a public ceremony and it’s Shaurya’s decision to go through with this. So there’s no hiding the truth of it. His wedding to Anokhi is the secret and what he’s trying to hide(or maybe protect). That’s how I interpreted him fisting and hiding his hands.

I’m having major annoyance with Shaurya today....I’m more excited for Vineet and Ahir scenes than I am with Shaurya because I know he’ll annoy me again!

This temp engagement could pave the way to a complete marriage with rituals , hence its been shown I feel .

SS thinks he exchanged rings for BM but he looks at it always so he should realise that its wrong as well as he now considers Anokhi his wife . Todays extra precap he had these thoughts so atleast his thought process is going is some right direction, he wont be able to say we know but he is conscious about it for now
