This i s her first show as a lead and she has gained immense population from the show. SHe probably does not want to get into those offscreen rivalries, as it will also affect her equation with ML, with whom she seems to share a very cordial relationship.. I think she ignores it and choses to stay with Ishan, who does not follow Aishwarya btw, while he follows everyone else.
You see everyone has used the same pic of the trio, however hers is a cropped one..what could be this if not intentional. Absolute disregard and lack of courtesy from this lady...Looks like she is very very insecure in real life as well..
