Chapter 8:that incident

Putting the headphones on he recalled the very incident two years ago and what lead to that……….

Flashback-2 years ago

Shiva looked at his chiplkali in amusement.Just what did she think she was doing?she knew that she could not hold three boxes together but still she was doing the same thing.As she was taking the boxes it accidentally slipped from her hand.Before it could fall,Shiva quickly went and took the box.Angrily he said

"Abbe chipkali,tere dimaag ka skrew bachpan se dhila hain kya??deekh nahi raha hai kya tujhe??lag jaati toh?(do you have some problem in you rhead??, can't you see?,what if you were hurt?)

This was normal.He scolded her when she hurted herself accidentally.But both if them knew that Shiva loves her alot and that is why when he scolded her,it has hidden love and care for her.Even she didn't mind that,in fact she used to get extra cute and kissed his cheeks.But lately Raavi had been acting totally strange.whenever he scolded her,she used to just get annoyed at him.Today was the same too

Kya hain Shiva?!main sambhalungi tujhe kuch karne ki jaroorat nahi hain.(what is it Shiva??you don't have to bother I will do everything myself)

She shrugged his hands off and went to do her work.Shiva sighed in annyonance.He absolutely did not understand why was his Little minx venting her anger out on him,it was not even her cute angry puout,it was annoyance and frustration.Now he looked at her again and saw that She was talking to Dhara bhabhi and in no way was it even near to a civil conversation.He hears as Raavi said

"Dhara bhabhi aap kyu itna intafear kar rahi hain?main jaanti hu ki aap pregnant hain par……(SIL,why are you intefering so much??I know you are pregnant but…)

Dhara though hurt, quickly said

"Sorry Raavi mujhe laga tumhe iski jarurat hogi(sorry Raavi I thought you will ned this)

Raavi shrugged her shoudlers and left the place.Dhara quickly wiped her tears and went towards her room.Shiva looked at her retreating figure and sighed.This has been happening for a month now and he had absolutely no idea why his wife was being so moody.He only hoped she remembered that tomorrow was their one year anniversary……

The next day

Everything was decorated beautifully.Pandya house was glimmering and why wouldn't it be??It was the anniversary of the most famous couple in the entire Somnath.Raavi got ready and looked at herself in the mirror.She smiled brightly and took the gift she had brought for Shiva.She knew she had been moody but she did not have any control over that.But she knew this gift will take away his Shiva's anger.Rhis was the gift he will remember even when the both turn old.But,she was feeling something different,as though something was awfully wrong…..but she put that thought aside and went down to keep a check at the food

Shiva looked at his wife mesmerised.She looked in a far good mood as they had a full make out session today morning.He smirked at that thought.She looked like a goddess in that green saree of hers.

Raavi walked towards the food and put the necessary spices in the food and went…..not knowing someone out something else in the food which would be the cause fo her pain…..

Skipping to Dhara getting ill

As dhara went towards the washroom she felt something wrong.She felt something wet between her thighs and saw it was blood.fearing for her baby she called Gautam and they immediately took her to the hospital.As the doctor checked Dhara everyone had sweat beads formed on their heads.Raavi was silently crying on Shiva' shoulder and Shiva was trying to console her.As the doctor came out.Everyone heard probably the most devasting news they had ever beared.Yes,Dhara had lost her child and to because someone poisned her food.Shiva's anger had reached it's peak with the saddness.All fo them were thinkign how would they tell it to Dhara.Gaumbi's heart was bleeding but he knew he had to be strong for Dhara.DevTa and ShiVi were in despair They were really sad for what had happened to Dhara.They new how much Dhara had craved for her baby.With fear gripping their minds they entered the room

Coming inside,they saw Dhara on the bed.As soon As she saw them,Dhara immediately asked them the question they dreaded the most

"Mera baccha theek haina??"(is my child ok?)

There was so much hope in her eyes that Gaumbi was finding it almost impossible to tell ehrbthe truth.But he knew he had to tell her the truth as she will get to know it sooner or later.So with a heavy heart he said

Dhara hamara baccha ab nahi raha.Teri khane main kisine zeher dala tha aur issai vajah se-(Dhara our child is no more.Someone had poisned your food and that is why-)

He was cut of by Dhara's scream and the scene infron of him was truly heartbreaking.There was Dhara, wriggling on the bed crying and screaming as though she ws being tortured and there were Shiva,Deva dj Krish trying to hold her back.Raavi and Rishita immediately tryed to console her but she was not stopping.The next few hours went in a blur as they gave Dhara an injection to calm her down and keep her unconscious for some time.Then they took the car and went to their house to let the matters unfold

Coming I side the house Raavi thought of what had happened today.It was truly heartbreaking to see her Dhara bhabhi do broken.So,she decided she would give her suprise to everyone after soem days as it might trigger bad thoughts in Dhara bhabhi as she was already so fragile.She heard someone call her so she went down..But,she did not know that in a few minutes her life will be destroyed…..

As she went down,Raavi saw everyone looking at the laptop.Shiva told everyone that they had installed CCTV camera's for safety and they were going to look who had done this thing.Raavi felt her blood boil at the thought of someone hurting a bay who was not even born.As they played the videos,they could not believe there eyes.Tyere in the video was Raavi putting something in Dhara's food!!No one could believe what they saw but the CCTV couldn't lie.They all turned their heads towards an equally shocked Raavi.Suman came in front of her and aked her

"Raavi tunne kya uss khane main kuch dala tha??(Raavidbdi you put something in the food?)

Raavi who could not believe her mother in law was asking her this question answered

"Haa maa par maine zeher-(yes Mother,but I did not poison-)

Thud,the slap boomed into the house.It had hurt Raavi so bad that her lips were bleeding.In pure anger Suman said

"Apni hi bhabhi se aisa kaise kar sakti thi tu??!!!!Kya woh CCTv jhuta hain??aur tu jis tarah se Dhara se baat ka rahi hain iska kya!!?? tune hi kiya hain!!(how can you do this s with your own SIL??!!is that CCTV wrong??and the way you were taking with Dhara for a few days,what about that??you have done this!!)

That snapped something in everyone and let everyone to believe that Raavi had done all this.

Shiva's anger knew no bounds.She knew how much he loved His Dhara bhabhi,in spite of that she went ahead with her horrendous crime

Dev and Rishita were looking at her as though she was an unpleasant thing in their house.

Suman looked at her as though she would kill her in a second.Suman could only see how first This girl's family took her husband away from her and now Dhara's child.

Dhara and Gautam had their anger filled eyes on her.How could she do that??Did she hate them so much that she had come down to kill a pure soul which wasn't even born??

Only if they knew what effect was their anger having on her……...

Krish looked at her as though she was a witch.He didn't think if anything else but only one thing that Raavi bhabh-no that girl had killed his bhabhi's child,so in pure anger he told

"I hate you bhabhi!!!!"

This was only the start, as soon as Krish said that words,she was thrown with insults and taunts From the people in the function as they were still their.Some even going like

Iske toh maa baap bhi mar chuke hain.yeh kya kisi se pyaar karegi(her parents are dead.how can she care or love someone?)

Dayan hain yeh Dayan.Dhara bhen aap toh isse maar hi do(she is a witch.Miss Dhara you should kill her)

Raavi was so broken that she could not feel anything inside her.She looked at up at Shiva and saw him staring at her intently.It clicked her that he had not told her anything.It was a ray of hope for her.But,this was soon broken when Shiva went up and quickly brought her suitcase with her clothes in her.Raavi's eyes widened in shock.She went and asked him

"Shiv tu mujh pe bharosa iarta hain na??"(Shiva you trust me right?)

In response she got Shiva pulling her out of the house.As she realised he was going to through her out of the house.She tried to wriggle out of us grasp and practically begged him to let her stay.she knew this was very much killing her self-respect but she loved him too much to think about that.As they got outside Shiva threw her outside of the house and she landed on the cement.She screamed in pain as though she just had a full accident.Some of the many neighbours who were outside frowned at her screaming so much.Indeed she was hurt but her scream shouted as though she was not the only one hurt…..

With hatred dripping from her voice maa said

"bahar nikal mere ghar se!!,aur ho sake toh apni shakal aur apne pair iss ghar main kabhi mat laana!!".(get out from my house.and don't ever come here again!!!)

Whatever self respect she had gave her strength too get up.devoid of any emotions except for the pain in her heart, picked up her suitcase and left the Pandya niwas…

No one ever saw her again……….

A week later they heard the news that Raavi had been in a major accident and Shiva's heart stopped beating for a minute.He quickly opened his room and went towards the door when he stopped dead in his tracks.Her bhabhi's tear stained face came in mind and anger took over usi love.He went towards his room and started doing his work.

Flashback ends

Immediately Shiva woke up.Now regretting every his every single action.But he knew that it was of no use.Raavi had gone away from them and no one knew where she was.He heard His mother telling everyone to come down and he went down masking his emotions.

When everyone assembled down.Suman said

"Hame Raavi ko ghar wapis laana chahiye.Uska koi kasoor nahi tha"(we have to bring Raavi back.their was no fault of hers)

Everyone nodded their heads at once.But Shiva didn't.

Suman again spoke

"Sirf Prafulla ko hi pata hoga ki raavi kaha hain.Hum usse baat karke aaenge"(only Prafulla knows where Raavi is.We will go and talk with her)

Everyone again nodded their heads but stopped when they heard Shiva say

"Raavi yaha wapas nahi aayegi"(Raavi won't come back here)
