Reportedly the problem is Salman wanted to make Inshalla no different than his typical Eid release

While he was happy with the first hour of the story, he had requested Bhansali to rework the rest of the script, especially the climax. Bhansali wanted it to be a love story, and Salman could only envision it as a typical Eid potboiler, in which romance is one of the elements. Bhansali respects his actors, and their suggestions are welcome, but not if they aim to alter the narrative. Hence, he took the decision to shelve the film.”

My review

I couldn't watch the film after finishing 28 mins

Headache

This movie is getting a lot of OTT criticism.

The film is not as bad as it is made out to be.

Its bearable only because of the character Randeep Hooda plays and his team.

Bhai is as usual, I still hate his attitude and unnecessary forced dialogue delivery. Expect same performance like in Race 3 or Kick.

However, its a lot better than Tubelight or Race 3 or Bharat.

Worst part of the movie: Annoying Jackie Shroff(shocked why he took the role), Disha Patani, love angle, CGI and songs which weren't required except title track in the end.

My rating: 2.5/5

Awful film

This isn’t 2010 anymore. Salman needs to start doing more age appropriate roles. If he continues doing these mediocre masala Rubish his careers done

OTT release still salvaged this movie and bhai to some extent

Had it released on big screen, there would be no face to save..

The fact that bhai's hardcore fans are calling him out for this tells a lot about how big a disaster this movie is.
