Exactly he cant throw away his wife of ten years nor can he throw away Purvi as he also married her and he loves her they are all victim of circumstances so there has to be some via media we see so many such cases in real life too. Saki was kidnapped and harassed by Prajili for five years and unknowingly Vir married Purvi and fell in love with her
