I think recently he never saw Ishqi-Mayank together. Ishqi was always with him whenever she was in trouble. He sensed Ishqi is upset, also saw her crying but she did not share with him and today she was talking to Mayank. She stopped after he came so it just hit him. The fact that Ishqi is not sharing her worries with him but Mayank has disturbed him.

Kartik's again kya ho Rhea hai🤣

Nd when he said lets asks his girlfrnd... Rhea have no expressions🤔 She doesnt even care no one see them as couple😳
