I think Ishqi understands this about Sonu, which is why she is always supportive of her. Ishqi like Ahaan had to fend for herself. I mean look at her environment - a submissive but caring Aunt and a good for nothing Uncle. With Ahaan, the only difference is he was the older brother so he had to fend on behalf of his sister too - hence the over protective trait of his. This is very well connected in the show with his concern / care towards Ishqi - not because of pity but because of familiarity of circumstance.

💯 That is a good analysis! True, Sonu takes after her mother a lot and it shows. Ahaan has been over-protective and he will remain so. Ishqi has been the warrior princess and she knows how to handle adversities well. It really is a well written show, so far. (Take with a pinch of salt.)

Ahaan started to get jealous. He went himself to invite Ishqi-Mayank for dinner😆. His taunt to them to spend time with each other🤣.

I am glad that they are showing interactions between all casts like today they showed Kartik-Rhea equation.
