Sai is the most popular fictional character. Uski fan following kaafi hai. But it's for "Sai", the character. Not for Ayesha, the actor. Me Ghum ki original yani ki Kusum Dola dekhti thi. The actress was brilliant. So much so that she got into Bengali Cinema right after that. Imon ( Sai in hindi) was an emotion. Aur uska credit actress ko jata hai. Jab mei Ghum dekhi kyunki Mummy dekhti thi (abhi bhi dekhti hai 🤦), I was like Mummy aap ye kaise dekh sakti ho, after watching Kusum Dola and Imon? Mene bohot baar try kiya dekhne ka, par I seriously can't tolerate her acting cause of the standard set by the Bengali actress. Doosri serial hoti tab shayad dekh leti par kyunki I loved the original character, I can't even look at that poor acting.
ML, I don't know. His character has some deep-seated misogyny. Even the Bengali ML too. I don't like misogynist ML. 👍🏼
