Because he considers her as his apni, he cares about her wellbeing, and also because he's Raghav Rao who doesn't take crap from people. His mother and sister are like him in this regard and he'd probably want to see Pallavi get to that stage. He's putting himself in her shoes to see why she feels the way she does, and as his alter ego mentioned, he needs to be prepared to deal with her blind love for the Deshmukhs. I think he will spend a lot more time observing her and listening to her. He knows she has no one to talk to and is willing to be that person, even if it means letting her rant at length. At least the bitterness in her heart will come out and he can see the extent of her suffering. He was quite shocked seeing her that hysterical, it was unexpected and he was unprepared to witness that level of desperation in her.

I agree that she needs to break free of the mental bonds she has with them because she should have her own identity as Pallavi, not Rao or Deshmukh necessarily. He'll need a lot of patience to make her see this eventually.

After the 10th slap anniversary, Raghav should offer his right cheek and be like “Mereko full balance chahiye, Raghav Rao ko perfect hona mangta, yeh lo, maro, mein ready hai “ 😆

Nahin yaar. His left cheek will lose it's shape at this rate.

He understood that indeed, in just a small timeframe, just as well as he understood how they don't live up to her image of a great loving family at all. He saw them for what they are instantly, which is why seeing her love and care for them made him feel it was a hopeless situation, that she was best moving on from that undeserving lot. Heck even he couldn't accept the fact that they'd throw her out of the house based on his lies and that it was purely a one-sided 'relationship'.

Raghav is good news for her, she will be happy. The D’s - toxicity. Esp VD. Aai and Nikhil are sweet but they couldn’t be her support system, they never gave her that confidence of having someone to rely on. The way Raghav is, he actually instills confidence such that people he loves know that he is there for them. He’s a solid support system.

Completely agree. It's all fine for Ayi to tell her she should have confided in her, but something deep down has always made Pallavi hold back from sharing her problems, not just in this incident but overall. And it's not because she wants to protect them from harsh truths, rather, subconsciously she doesn't quite feel she can go to them with her problems.

With Raghav, even before marrying him, when she didn't know him that well, she would often go to him for help and she'd know he'd oblige.

I don't know about SRK but he is surely an Anup Soni fan (Crime Patrol).

More than being selfish, I think Raghav's biggest enemy has been his ego that triggers his anger and impulse leading to some really bad decisions and hurtful behaviour/actions. but I am happy to see that now he listens.. he listens to Pallavi.. he listens to Farhad.. I am happy to see that he is starting to show that positive change.. and its got nothing to do with him trying to please his amma ..

This marriage we all know is the best thing that could have happened to, not only Pallavi but Raghav too..that makes me less mad at amma lol I just wish that now she backs off and lets these two figure it out for themselves.

@bold, agree it's a blessing in disguise for him.

Still don't like Amma's interference. Boy will find his way to love and companionship in his own style. Aise hi nahin woh business tycoon bana hai.

Pallavi and Raghav are always so comfortable around each other. They can be themselves without any problems and judgement. For example, we can see easy-going, funny and strong Pallavi only around Raghav. And Raghav's soft and caring side with her. They complete each other in an unusual way.

Since he knew the truth, Raghav will be there for her to hear and accept all her insults, pain and outburst. It may calm her over burdened heart. Once she become normal, he might try to make her understand her value and teach her to live for herself.

They both will change each other for good. No matter what outside world thinks, they will be always a shield for the other person without thinking twice.

Hahaha Raghu saying this and getting chappal joote thrown at him with a night out on couch 🤣

Or

We can have a cool husband moment like when Ayushmann says to Yami in Vicky Donor, 'Le yeh bhi koi shaadi hui suhagraat toh bani hi nahi" 🤣🤣

That would be fun to see shy Pallu ☺️

Yup loved how he said "wo meri biwi hai" to his alter ego. This shadi is no more a deal for him..I dont think it ever was..he is not that kinda guy who would have flings or non serious relationships...the lil changes im seeing in him..how he now always knocks before he enters her room..is so much more receptive as opposed to being imposing, is a welcome change...He is even ready to take her hurtful comments about not being the reason for his family being with him..that must've hurt because we know how touchy he is when it comes to his family.. but he took it on the chin..Its time for him to make big amends really.. and so far he has not disappointed..
