Yes. Earlier it was same to same. Almost copying dialogues too. The trip drama was an extended version though in Hindi. But they're enjoyable as the character of Sai and Pakhi were played by damn good actresses so it was entertaining and character of Virat had a monotonous expression but way better than Didi. So here the fight looks comical only because of one person. And there it was entertaining.

P.S. Though it was a love story there too, it had more drama and more SS of Pakhi's Character than leads scenes and ML's SS and dialogues.

Yup. Rupkotha's character sketch is same like Pakhi, delusional and pe**** but she had grace and yes it was all in private, never in front of family she treated Rono like Pakhi treats Virat. Even her arguments and counter arguments are better than Pakhi.
