She wants to prepare Puran Poli, a sweet bread with Bombil, a Bombay duck i.e.a fish and Thalipeeth, another type of bread and Kairi Amti i.e raw mango curry.

Turai I like too to eat with potato and poppy paste ya mustard paste. But for guests it's almost a last option to serve them 😆.

Baingan here are two types : one round and another long😆(you may know that). So long one is for cooking with chena (not paneer, you may know) and with fish head. And round ones are for fritters 😆. So it can be included according to me..
