CHAPTER -17- HURT EGO OR DIL ?

Vansh in backyard in deep thinking , his eyes have become red and he was really stressed.

After sometime he gets up and goes to his room .

In the room :

Vansh opens the lock and enters the room , He looks at Riddhima sleeping silently and sits beside her on the bed .

Vansh looks at her calmly sleeping and caresses her hair , then he looks at cheek which has red lines .

Vansh heart breaks seeing that .

Vansh feels guilty and closes his eyes in regret .

Vansh :( to himself ) Vansh your not a weak man you can't do that , you cannot slap your wife . You should be strong to control your anger .

He opens his eyes and caresses riddhima's face .

He leans on to her and kisses on her cheek .

Vansh : I am sorry , Sweetheart .

Vansh : why are we here ? hum yeh kaise mod pe aagaye ?

why I am behaving like a weak person .

why did you leave me , sweetheart ?

What went wrong ?

Vansh recollects the events happened that day .

Vansh : Everything was normal that day , phir kya hua uss din ?

uss din tum thodi bimar thi aur phir reports aaye .

tum mere pass ayyi aur maine poocha reports ke baare main .

tumne kaha tha sab kuch normal hai aur tumne kaha tha kuch batana hai urgently .

Main 3 hours ke baad room main aaya aur tum chali gayi .

Vansh sleeps with too many thoughts with Riddhima in his arms .

The golden rays of sunshine fall on them , early in the morning .

Vansh feels some weight on his chest and four tiny hands hitting on his chest .

Then he hears voices .

kids : papa , papa .

Vansh wakes up and sees them sitting on his chest and trying to wake him up .

Vansh : ( smiles) Woah , good morning .

Vansh plants kisses on there cheek .

Vansh : Tum dono ko kisne utara crib se ?

Riansh and ridwick jump to riddhima " when they see her waking up "

They both snuggle in her arms .

Vansh looks at them .

Vansh : I won't let you go this time , Main woh 3 hours ka razz pata kar ke rahunga .

Riansh turns to his father .

Riansh ( making a sound) : FUUUUSHHHH .

he was showing the car and trying to tell his father that " he wanted to play cars with him".

Vansh and Riddhima laughed out loud , looking at his son's adorable actions .

Vansh and Riddhima look into each others eyes and try to read each other .

Vansh takes Riansh and Ridwick to there and locks his room , while riddhima was gone for washroom .

Riddhima comes out of the washroom and notices that vansh and kids are not there .

Then she notices the breakfast on the table and realizes vansh again locked her door .

Riddhima : ( desperate ) aisa kyun kar rahe ho ?

Mujhe tumse baat karni hai .

After sometime vansh comes to the room with lunch .

Riddhima : ( angrily ) aagaye ?

Tum mujhe aise lock kar ke kyun rakh rahe ho ?

Vansh puts finger on Riddhima's lips .

Vansh : shhhhh !

Aaram se baat karo , Ghar main baache hai .

Riddhima : Tum aise kyun behave kar rahe ho?

Vansh : Tumhari wajah se , ek din normally meri wife ghar se chali jati hai bina kuch bataye aur do saalon baad milti hai .

Riddhima's eyes water and puts her head down .

Vansh comes to her , caresses her cheek .

Vansh : I am sorry !

Riddhima pushes his hand away and cries .

Vansh hugs her .

Vansh : I am sorry , Sweetheart for hurting you .

After sometime riddhima stops crying .

Riddhima : ek sawal poochu ?

Vansh : hmmm .

Riddhima : ( sternly ) Maine kya hurt kiya , your ego ya dil ?

Vansh is puzzled with her question , he was not understanding " where this question is coming from " .

Vansh : Yeh kaisa sawal hai ?

Riddhima : Mujhe batao phele , answer me .

did I hurt your ego or dil ?

Vansh : ( angrily ) Toh phele mera yeh sawal ka answer do .

Tum mujhe kyun chod kar kyun chali gayi , jab sab kuch normal tha aachanak se kyun chali gayi without any reason or explanation ?

aur mujhe pata hai unn 3 hours main jab main tumhare pass nahi tha , kuch toh hua hai .

bolo riddhima .

unn teen hours main kya hua tha ?

Riddhima gets nervous and tears fall from her eyes .

Riddhima : ( desperately ) phele tum mere sawal ka jawab do , main de dungi uske baad tumhare sare sawalon ka jawab .

Vansh : No , Riddhima .

phele tum bolo .

I want to listen .

Riddhima : Maine kaha naah , phele mujhe jawab chahiye .

Vansh : No , phele tumhi bologi .

Vansh and Riddhima both are at logger heads .

Vansh goes down and sees one unwanted person entering the house .

Person : Hey vansh , how are you ?

Vansh : Get lost kabir .

I am really in a desperate need of a punching bag .

Kabir laughs at vansh and leaves him .

Kabir directly goes to riddhima's room and looks at her from the glass door she was sleeping on the bed silently .

he was about to enter but he notices the lock on the door .

Kabir gets annoyed .

Kabir : Riddhima main wapas aagaya , I will take you away from this hell .

I am sorry main tumhe phele nahi doond paya .

lekin now I promise to take you away from here .

Kabir touches the glass door and caresses riddhima's figure on the glass door .

He was walking in the corridor and looks at two snowballs running .

Riansh and Ridwick : papa , papa .

Kabir has a smile on his face and wanted to embrace the kids .

But the kids run across him to vansh and give vansh a toy .

Vansh : Abhi nahi , hum baad main khelenge .

The kids disappointingly put there heads down .

Kabir goes to them .

Kabir : Koi baat nahi main hun naah , main khelunga aap dono ke saath .

kabir asks them eagerly .

Riansh and ridwick look at vansh .

Kabir : aare main tumhara chacha hun .

He looks at vansh with a smirk .

Kabir : Hai naah bro ?

Kabir : ( in mind) unfortunately , lekin jaldi baap banunga aap ka .

Riansh and Ridwick look at him .

Kabir tries to touch there face and ridwick bites his finger , riansh pushes him .

Kabir falls on the floor and they both run away .

Vansh gives him a hand and warns him .

Vansh : mere bache hai , stay away .

tumhare liye aacha hoga .

Vansh leaves .

Kabir laughs like lunatic .

Kabir : kabhi nahi .

At night in riddhima's and vansh's room .

Riddhima comes to vansh stumbling and trying to walk properly as she was feeling little dizzy .

finally, she sits on the bed near vansh .

She cups her face and looks at vansh continuously .

Vansh : kya dekh rahi ho ?

Riddhima : ( smiles ) Tumhe !

Vansh : phele mujhe mere sawal ka jawab do , baad main mujhe tad lo .

Riddhima frown her lips deeply , tears flow from her eyes .

Vansh takes her on his lap .

Vansh : ( concernedly ) Sweetheart ?

Riddhima : I love you , vansh .

I love you so much .

I love you to death .

Vansh looks at her without blinking his eyes .

Riddhima :( cries heavily ) Par tum kyun mujhse pyaar nahi karte ?

WHY DON'T YOU LOVE ME ?

Vansh is shocked to hear that from riddhima.

CHAPTER -18- "YOU'RE LEAVING ME ?"

FEW HOURS BEFORE :

Riddhima in the room .

Riddhima nervously shivers , cold sweats pass from her fore head .

She starts eating the food teary eyed .

While gobbling the food frustrated .

Riddhima :( breathing heavily ) mera sawal ka jawab phele kyun nahi baata sakta ?

Riddhima : ( gobbling food) mujhe bohat dar lag raha hai .

Riddhima : agar phirse wahi hoga toh ?

Riddhima :( sobbing heavily ) mera naseeb he aisa sab mere saath aise he karte hai .
Aur agar vansh aisa karega toh main toot jaungi .

Riddhima sobs heavily and eats her food .

Kabir comes back Riddhima and was successful in opening the door lock .

He runs towards riddhima and kneels down and sits in front of her .

He slides his fingers on her cheek and clears his tears .

He becomes restless seeing her tears .

he rubs his finger on her cheek gently to riddhima's shock .

Riddhima jolt's away kabir in shock .

kabir : koi baat nahi , baby .

Relax main he hun , tumhara kabir .

kabir understandingly pacifies riddhima .

kabir cups her face with his hands .

Kabir : riddhima , tum kyun mujhe chod ke chali gayi .

jab tumhe pata chal gaya uss raavan ka sach .

tumhe aajana chahiye tha naah mere pass .

kyun chali gayi ?

riddhima tries to remove his hands , but kabir makes his grip tighter .

Kabir : Tumhe pata hai maine tumhe kaha kaha doonda .

Aur bacchon keliye toh soch leti tum .

I am really disappointed riddhima .

Riddhima looks at him in shock .

Riddhima pushes him away roughly .

Riddhima : kaisi behki behki baatein kar rahe ho tum ?

aur mere kamre main mere permission ke bina mat aana .

Kabir : Riddhima , Tum ...

Riddhima : ( shouts) I said get lost .

Riddhima shouts intensely and loudly .

Vansh listens to her voice and comes running .

He looks at kabir in the room and riddhima crying , he face and nose was all red .

Vansh hugs riddhima tightly and gives kabir a angry stare .

He moves riddhima behind him , while riddhima holds his blazer .

Vansh holds his collar aggressively .

Vansh : I warned you kabir , but tumhe seedi baatein samjh main kaisi aati hai ?

Vansh takes out the gun and points at him .

Ishani , dadi and other family members witness vansh pointing gun at kabir .

Ishani :( irritated) vansh bhai aap kya kar rahe ?

Iss riddhima keliye aap kabir bhai ko marna chahte hai ?

Vansh : Shut up ishani .

Dadi : Vansh gun neeche rakho , ghar ka baacha hai .

usse chod do .

Vansh obliges dadi .

Dadi : isa kya kardiya kabir ne , ki tum usse marna chahte ho ?

Vansh : woh iss kamre main enter hua aur meri wife ko pareshaan kiya hai wahi uska sabse bada guna hai .

aur yeh reason kafi hai mujhe isse marne keliye .

Dadi : ( angrily shouts gritting her teeth ) hosh main aao vansh , iss wajah se tum uss bechare ko marna chahte ho ?

Tume nahi lagta kya , shyaad riddhima ne he bulaya usse kamre main .

kabir kyun uske room main jayega ?

Vansh gets irritated rubs his forehead .

He doesn't want to have a conversation with dadi anymore .

He turns to ishani .

Vansh :Ishani please get lost with your bhai , right now .

ishani leaves giving vansh a irritated look .

Everyone leaves and riddhima leaves her grip on vansh's blazer .

She looks at him sacred .

Vansh silently moves away from her and pours a glass water .

He drinks some water and makes her drink the water .

He caresses her face and nose , it was red because of heavy sobbing .

He silently sits on the couch and starts reading his files .

They both have too much talk and too much to argue , but they were waiting for each other to answer there questions .

It's almost night and dinner time , yet they silently staring at each other trying to seek answers from each other in silence .

Riddhima starts eating her food silently , worrying about vansh not having the food .

At kabir's room :

Ishani : Tumhari stupid plan fail hogayi aur woh trash phir se ghar aagayi .

Kabir :( irritated) shut up .

Ishani : please haan , usko yaha se le jao .

aur kuch plan banao .

Kabir : Main riddhima tum jaisi se door toh jald le jaunga .

maine kuch aisa kiya hai ki koi mujhe rok nahi sakta , aaj riddhima aur baachon ko yaha se lejane main .

Ishani smiles .

PRESENT :

Riddhima sitting on vansh lap on there bed .

Riddhima : ( sobs heavily ) Why don't you love me ?

Riddhima cries her heart out .

Vansh is shocked to see her crying heavily .

Vansh : ( concerned ) SWEET HEART ?

Riddhima : Hmmm ?

Riddhima looks at vansh and cups his face in her palms .

Riddhima : pata hai main tumse kitna pyaar karti hun ?

apni jaan bhi de sakti hun .

lekin tum mujhe sirf P... P...

Riddhima tries to say something but she could not utter the word , she closes her eyes tightly .

Riddhima : Why you cannot love me ?

Mujhe sirf pyaar kyun nahi de sakte ?

I love you so much .

Riddhima presses her lips against his lips , shocking vansh with her words .

Vansh : ( in mind ) I don't love her ?

Riddhima starts sliding her sleeves off her arms and removes her blouse .

She kisses vansh intensely .

They both become little intimate .

Suddenly vansh gets up from the bed .

Riddhima holds his hands , she looks at him with loving and pained eyes .

Riddhima : You're leaving me ?

Vansh leaves riddhima .

Riddhima asks again the same question and falls on the bed ,she looks at vansh leaving figure the door , blinking her eyes continually .

Riddhima : I love you .

Her heart pains thinking about vansh leaving figure .

She sobs heavily .

After some time she falls asleep quietly .
