Four of family members have tested positive this week and they were all in close proximity with each other. Brother-in-law has been hospitalised two days back, still has fever and it's his 8th day. We all are worried for him. Hope his fever comes down.

Shreya is at home and I'm in office. No respite there. He has been given Oxygen yesterday to bring up the levels and even Remdisiver first dose is administered already. Doctors say he is stable and will improve further, just keeping our fingers crossed.

We are closely monitoring him and are in touch with the Doctors. Steroids have also been given. Due to case load, even hospitals are under lot of pressure. Hope he recovers and responds to the treatment.

Hi Sneha, sorry to hear about your family members testing positive..my prayers for all🙏 Wishing your BIL an easy recovery 💐 it's unfortunate how some of us were mocked for stressing on CAB till sometime back & now the tsunami has left families incomplete & gasping...the sensible ones are not fighting just with pandemic but also the careless callous,here voting over vaccination, politics over pandemic, delays in implementing what was needed to be done with stringent action is inexcusable,it has eroded the already challenged frontline & crumbling medical infrastructure,B1.617.2 is deadly & highly contagious, already official over 260,000 fatalities within the country, which is nowhere near the actual figure..we as country were prematurely celebrating,patting ourselves, with gathering instead of groundwork needed for a rampant pandemic..the common man is left waiting & wanting, for everything- tests, reports, ambulance, beds,oxygen, regrettably at cremation ground, with the anxiety of losing family members, job,money, security, emotional fatigue is getting heavier than physical fatigue,the uneasy edginess is so palpable,Southern states haven't yet peaked, the demand & supply isn't sequential..😳
