No she won’t Deny right now but I don’t know makers confuse us like ani made her understand why child amrriage is wrong ,why their marriage broke and all , then he asked her make this decison on growing up

So thakumaa is actually bon ki bua dadi jinka bachpan mein hi shaadi ke mandap se baarat laut gayi

So when ksj was injured and on the verge of dying, this lady treated him and then most probably they both fell in love.. Toh yeh shaadi tak baat pahunchi hogi and when ksj's parents came to know that she is a chodi huyi aurat.. They didn't let the marriage happen and that led to ksj's vow of being unmarried for his whole life..
