Yes took steam ytd 2 times n today also and i put vicks n all too and drank kadha (water mein elaichi, long, kali mirchi, tej pata, honey and basil boiled)

Yeah Do take steam with vicks it's really effective.

That's good kadhas are also effective for flu. If you have Ayurveda (mulethi) then add it as well
