I don't get how we as audience who understand trp showbiz can see it blatantly but these dude who are taking salary and most likely have degree and experience can't see it. If only they went with dp revelation and twins drama, dhamakedar drama hota and it would have been 2.5+ look at sp.. I watched imlie last night just for the heck of it, each epi have this high point and u want to return to it. What our show has?? Half the character are freeloaders there even if they leave nothing will be amiss in show. Abhis family was gayab did it have any impact on serial? For no reason people turn vamp here, who would want to watch this much negativity.
Abhigya fans have forever been in denial over the dwindling interest of tv audience and ratings towards abhigya tracks. It started becoming more visible during kiara track and even more so in DP leap where screen time was almost nothing for abhigya yet the show was still getting 2.6-3.0 trp when focus was on doosri peedhi characters. On top of it, as part of their denial act they keep quoting very old high ratings of kkb back from when the show and abhigya story wasn't as old and overdone as it had become by the time kiara leap track came. They refuse to accept that kkb has been out of top 10 or ever had poor ratings during abhigya tracks before doosri peedhi leap, despite that exactly having been the case in january-february 2019 period before doosri peedhi leap was introduced and revived the show's ratings from 2.1 margin to 2.6-2.8 range most of the times.
When pranbir tracks got good ratings, they would claim its because audience are watching show waiting for abhigya scenes 🤣 And then when they realised how ludicrous that excuse was they fell back on to quoting very old good abhigya track ratings that their overdone oldie couple could only achieve in their earlier days when their story and the show was new, and even when their story was new it was bloody crap with abhi being at his height of toxicity and hurting pragya and tanu's inhumanly long pregnancy. 🤪
They refuse to accept that abhigya have no new story potential of their own left without the involvement of the new generation characters, and refuse to accept that the days are long gone when kkb could get 3.0+ ratings just with focus on abhigya. They refuse to acknowledge the good ratings pranbir tracks had received before lockdown when screen-time of abhigya was pretty much 0 and promos were on pranbir too, and instead they keep running with the same claim that pranbir have been a flop since beginning and can't give ratings.
Atlst some shows like ghum have a main couple who are together through thick and thin. Here one is forever separated nand another is broken up since 84 yrs , even though they had not even one day or proper happiness. Why would people tune in to follow the show? What it gives us? No happiness, no anticipation. Bas faltoo characters with their horrendous make up.
