Settling down comfortably on the chair of their serene garden, Aditya looked at his Mamu none other than the famous business tycoon The Great VR, who had neglected his presence and had been busy in his favorite activity.
Coughing, Aditya made him realize the presence of some one else. Acknowledging the same, Vansh turned around and greeted him with his heart warming smile.
Aditya had always what had caused his Mamu to change so drastically that the guy who never had shown never a single expression, alone be a smile, was smiling at him genuinely and had been showing emotions.
Not able to bear his curiosity, Aditya asked, "Mamu, the question I am gonna ask is a bit personal. If u want u can tell me I wouldn't ask."
Again turning his gaze towards his favorite thing, Vansh said"Shoot."
And that was it, in one single go Aditya asked,"Mamu, Mom always tells me abt ur previous behavior, like u being devoid of any emotions and stuff like that. But now when I look at u. U never seemed to be such a person in ur past. Can u just tell me what made u change so drastically?"
To this question Vansh just simply smiled and drifted back down the memory lane.
Flashback:
Vansh was merely a kid of 5 year when his mother had passed away after birthing Sia. His father had totally immersed himself into his business, forgetting he has a family to look after. Vansh and Sia were looked after by their Granny.They both grew up under her. But somewhere in a heart he always longed for a motherly love and father's care.
Soon, his father too died in an accident which forced him to join the business at the tender age of 18.
He had met so many shrewd people that his faith on the word 'love' had vanished. He had transformed himself into a person who is devoid of any emotions and always maintained a stern face and dangerous aura. The business was quite a success, making him the youngest business tycoon.
But soon everything completely changed as Sia met with an accident and faced a paralysis in her lower body.
He had appointed the best physiotherapist of India named Dr.Riddhima Sharma.
She was the most beautiful girl he had ever met. Long wavy hairs flowing up to her waist, chubby cheeks tinted with a little pink, plump rosy lips, doe like eyes which screamed only innocence and spoke more than her. An epitome of natural beauty. She was very chirpy and bubbly. He had felt an unknown attraction and emotion for her.
For the being she had lived in the mansion while treating Sia was the best time since the whole house again started living. She would always fill the void of their mother with her love, care and affection. And would act like a friend who would love irritating everyone with her pranks and antics especially him.
Even though he felt annoyed he loved it as it made him feel her presence.
Days were passing, Sia was recovering and so Vansh's broken heart. He again started living and laughing.
Vansh had gone for an urgent meeting to Dubai when he got to know abt Sia's recovery and Riddhima's leave.
Completing the meeting on urgent basis, he had wrapped it up before the stipulated time. He knew that he had fallen immensely, irrevocably and obsessively in love with her.
On landing in India the first he did was to buy a finest bouquet of her favorite flowers and an engagement ring.
Rashly driving, he landed up near her house. On reaching her flat he found it to be locked. On enquiring the watch man, he simply gave Vansh an address which seemed to be of a graveyard!!
Again driving rashly, he was escorted to a place where a funeral was going on and to his surprise Riddhima had been laid in the coffin.
Shouting her name like a madman, he made his way up to her coffin. Taking her body in his arms, he constantly kept shouting her name asking her to come back.
It was a heck of task for the people to separate him from her and complete her last rites.
After the funeral, when Vansh was still looking at his love's grave, a girl approached and gave him a letter saying,' I am Riddhima's friend, Sejal . She died yesterday night. This letter was written by her. She had given it to me to give it to u. Pls read this. IT'S HER LAST WISH.'
Handing over the letter to him, she went.
Vansh quickly unfolded the letter and started reading
'Dear Vansh,
By the time u get this letter I would be no more in this world.
Actually, I was diagnosed with staged 3 leukemia, months ago before treating Sia. The doctors had clearly stated that I didn't have much time to live. Those words and that's it. I had made a mission in my life to bring a smile on everyone's face.
The day I had seen u, I had realized that u r the one who needs to be changed. Who needs to be taught to live, to laugh, to SMILE. And thereby my mission 'Akdu Ko Smile Karao' began.
All those pranks, antics were just to bring a smile and happiness on ur family's face but most importantly YOUR'S.
But, very little I knew that I would end up falling for u amid all this.

Maybe, my feelings would never be reciprocated but still wanted to tell u.

She is the reason behind my smile.
She is in my tears, in my laughter, in my smile, SHE IS IN MY EVERYTHING
