Raghav Rao ka asar hai
Jo bolti hai uska ulta karti hai
Jo hota hai uska ulta bolti hai
She did it only to piss Raghav off
Yes, and I also think it doesn’t bother him at all right now. But it’s important he knows it even if he doesn’t care, because she was a widow, and she upheld it for Mandaar and her in laws. If I may say, she was a proud widow. It mattered to her that she is someone’s widow, never wanted to marry anyone else and had one purpose in life - to fulfill Mandaars dream. We have not seen her equation with her dead husband but she had a reason to hold on to the marriage even if it was one day. So, it’s irrelevant what Raghav makes of her truth, but the truth must be shared because it mattered to her. This is more about Pallavi right now than Raghav. And unknowingly, it will stir the emotions that have always been seething deep inside his heart. I believe it will create a slight shift in him, not pity or love, but just a shift that is caused by the sheer magnitude of truth that’s been revealed.
I totally agreed.. but a person like raghav should turn indifferent to her widow status..
Whats so hype...usko konsa.apni.izzat ka khyaal hai...even he is not a shareef admi..to kaisii izaat aur kaha ki.izzat aur konsi izzat widow se shadi kerne se.kharab huti hai..
Its a crap!

I really liked you points. Pallavi can be calculative and we've only begun to see it now. I hope they show more of this side too. And yes, the widow truth is important to Pallavi, regardless of what Raghav or anyone else thinks. Being Mandhaar's widow and the daughter in law of the Deshmukhs was a huge part of her life. I also agree that deep down the reveal would have caused a shift in Raghav's heart. The nature of the shift, I am not sure about but some things will slightly change.
from this statement what i understood is—-Finally pals show her truth to RR..which was nice move by her. She used her widow status as a tool for revenge..that was good too. But y she said that white is identity of her...sorry but it was a white lie. She never consider white as her identity before...but was full of colours. But after RR drama she change her statements..its ok ...coz she is in war zone. But her statement bout white as a widow identity is regressive. Its a white hypocrisy.
1- her marriage with raghav took in private but he married to a widow which he too wasn’t aware
2-for society she is still a widow because nobody knows she is married now!!
3-the way raghav insulted her in front of her in laws(for raghav her mayka) she lost all her respect .they don’t even consider her a good person!!
4-the statement-“white is her identity” is the closure of that insult!!! In front of society
5-becoz of rr she lost family and her in laws!! So she seeked revenge from raghav using his society status
6-and to get the closure of that “widow”identity she made him wear all suhagan nishani in front of society and media
7-so its a closure to what we seen in episode 1..
8-so it was all about closure to her widhwa thing
9- for me its not hypocrisy!!! She just wanted her self respect back in front of society and the insult which raghav gave her!!!
10-its her longing for closure which was due since raghav insulted her
Yes, I believe that if something matters to one person in a relationship, it will eventually matter to the other one, in some way. We just don’t know how, yet. And I’m glad Pallavi is holding up to Raghav th way she is. She didn’t create a public spectacle, but left it between them. Only they know the reality of their circumstances. They’re both very strong personalities and he does like this about her. He is clearly smitten but will not admit it yet.And she is holding on the last threads of her self respect really well, in fact she’s turning around everything by her sheer strength of character and even he knows that everything he said about her was not true so he cannot deny the fact that this woman Is unlike others.

I feel she’s only using it to her advantage. Her widowed status was never her identity, and she wore colors, but she was not retracting from wearing white if she had to (first epi). It really doesn’t matter to her. The white saree was to induce a tight slap for Raghav, the impact was definitely visible. Her dialogue about her identity was purely in context to Raghav’s indifference to what he’s done to her for his personal gain. People generally feel a varied range of emotions when they see a widow, and she’s definitely manipulated Raghav emotionally, because he deserves it. Otherwise she really doesn’t consider that to be her identity.
Just my POV, pallu can be calculative too 👏
Being a widow is a part of Pallavi's life, and hence a part of her identity as it had an effect in shaping her personality. It doesn't matter to her what colour she wears.
Definitely it was the biggest truth of her life but she just chose to not let it affect her day to day life. She once said that “widowed” is not her identity, but her circumstance. But still, it was her identity and I’m glad she has revealed it. It mattered to her.

True, I did like that she chose not to create a spectacle. It really spoke about Pallavi's character, even in the midst of calculative revenge, she didn't resort to doing anything tacky. Despite losing everything she is holding on to her self respect and values and that is what is giving her the power to turn the tables on Raghav (This reminds me of the scene in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire where Harry manages to push the golden knot towards Voldemort despite being much less skilled than him). I agree both Raghav and Pallavi are strong personalities, fire and water indeed. And Pallavi's personality is what is going to draw Raghav towards her.
Harry Potter fan? Me too!!!
Yes, her character will draw him to her. She’s just too nice for this world. And needs to be appreciated. She’s so good sometimes, its infuriating. But that’s her character. And Raghav is the way he is. Love these two characters and what they bring to the table as actors.
