Mud represents regeneration but at the same time it represents dirtiness.

When Pallavi stepped out of that rickshaw to the muddy water her journey to be Pallavi Raghav Rao ended.

She had been in that journey since that stranger threw sindhoor on her in front of the charminar months back. Her white saree was coloured in red and in mud. The moment the mud fell on her, the metamorphosis had started. Pallavi deshmukh was regenerating there to be Pallavi Rao.

May 5th marked the end of that journey and here she herself stepped into the mud. She was dirtied but willingly and this mud represented dirtiness. She was walking into another journey, carrying that dirtiness, to live as Mrs. Rao.

When Raghav was decending the steps Pallavi was accending and at a point they met to be Raghvi.

Right now, Raghav is dual minded. Despite whatever happened a small part of him still trusts her that's why he started the procedure of releasing Nikil even before she came to the venue and there is another part which questions that trust. It was shown through out. A small fear was inside him that she will back out. Right now that fear is not for loosing her but for loosing his amma.

But how much disturbed he was as his amma and sister didn't show up, he was concerned for Pallavi too. He felt her helplessness, he tried to understand her state of mind and that's why he gave her time. He is an impulsive man, but with her, he showed so much control over his that trait. How many times he wanted to scream at her, but he restricted himself as he knew she was broken. Raghav Rao is may be a don but he is compassionate when it's needed.

Her stepping into the mandap, she was indeed conflicted and he was worried that she would back down. I saw that scene in a different way. Few days back, she had promised him that she would shake him off his foundation, and he mocked her saying, 'no woman is capable of that.' But you wait and watch Mr Raghav, she is going to do that exactly, she is going to put her feet on your foundation shaking you, and you will be just a spectator.

That garland exachage was my one of the favorites.

In the past, when he had a pooja at his mansion the priest had asked him to put a garland on the photo of Parvathy as he was not married, but in rage he had thrown that away and it fell on Pallavi, his future wife. He didn't threw it on her, it just fell on her in it's own accord. But today he litterally put it on her, on his Parvathy's photo. She was nothing but a breathing body there and she neither realized that nor speared him a glance both times.

And he giving her one to put on him, that was a wrong move Mr. Raghav, you yourself gave the control of your life to her. You will see, you dancing to her tunes soon. And you even helped her to tie the knot. I'm waiting to watch how she is going to play pull and push with you using that chain.

I liked how that seven pheras happened, so simple yet so meaningful, his eyes spoke his vows and he barely could look anywhere else when she walked before him. For an outsider it may look like, he has the control, he was holding that shawl too tightly (and he will hold on to their bond too, not letting it break) but inside them, she will have that control, he himself gave that to her.

It is impossible to chose a favorite moment from the wedding but still my another absolute favorite was, filling the hairline one. The moment she opened her eyes after he put sindhoor, there was a different fire in her eyes. There she became Mrs. Pallavi Raghav Rao.

From that rickshaw to the sindhoor moment, that was the transition, from one journey to another one.

Did you see Pallavi Deshmukh after that?

I saw Pallavi Rao there.

That magalsutra moment was my another favorite. Aai was focused there, she was a mother who gave up her suhagan for her daughter and how devastating it would have been for her to watch the same daughter giving up her aai for her suhagan. And anyone could see that fear in aai's eyes, she was worried for her daughter who asked for the auspicious thread, the sign of suhagan herself. Only time will tell if that thread will be a pride or a burden for Pallavi.

The revenge she swore on Raghav is going to destroy everything. She will break the Raghav Rao but as a women she can make him too. I want construction to happen for them but before construction, a destruction is inevitable.

Pallavi is still selfless, she was going to take revenge for, giving her baba an attack, breaking Mansi's wedding, spoiling Amrutha's image and for sending Nikil to jail, but what about the character defamation he did of you, Pallavi?

You disappointed me there but I understand that, for you, your family comes first and I pray that when you get a chance to choose again, please choose the family who stood up with you not the one who threw you out.

The compassionate Raghav made a reentry when his biwi fainted. His first reaction was to doubt her, but when he realized that she was not doing any drama, he carried her to his room, the same one he didn't want her to be a part off. You completed a ritual there unknowingly!

I loved that confused kiddo, that hesitation to touch her was so beautiful. You may will over come your hesitations oneday but breaking through her walls is going to be tough even for a man like you.

Raghav is a selfish man, Pallavi is a selfless women but, it won't be surprising when the role will reverse. It will happen. One-day he will be selfless and she will be selfish. Moreover his that selflessness will cost him her, like how today aai came and took her away from him. When it happens he will let her go, still holding on to his end of their bond.

Pallavi will follow her aai but till when and where?

She will come back, she has to.

When he will let her go, she will leave but only after giving him a part of her heart exactly how she left her magalsutra with him when aai took her away and she will return to take her auspicious thread.

When the separation happens, these two will have something of the other with them. Today, he had her magalsutra and she had his sindhoor when aai pulled them away.

And when she comes back she will demand to make her his again exactly like how she asked to put the magalsutra on her neck today. And he will do so without a fight because by then there will be love.

That day that stranger paved stones for her journey to be the same stranger's better half. And this new destiny is inconspicuous, trips are like that, when you start the destination is always invisible but as you move forward it will be clear. One-day it will be clear to her that, she was destined to be his, to be Mrs. Pallavi Raghav Rao.

There are alot of posts happening in our forum discussing and reviewing the wedding, but I had to post one of mine. The wedding deserves that much from my side. I was waiting to put it after they complete the marriage. So here it is. 😳

Wow, such a lovely analysis of the past two episodes. I loved how you began by speaking about the mud and Pallavi's metamorphosis. Especially the distinction between the first episode and today where her agency came into play. She went from being passive to actively choosing the sindoor and mud. You are right, after the sindhoor moment Pallavi Deshmukh was gone and Pallavi Rao opened her eyes. They both have truly become level and have begun the journey of becoming Raghvi. Raghav has shown so much restraint in the past two episodes. I like these shades of his character. His trust and distrust have been portrayed so well. Then the line about Aayi giving up her suhaag for Pallavi and Pallavi choosing Raghav, her suhaag, over Aayi was so well put. Finally I loved the last section where you spoke about Raghav and Pallavi switching roles. Where Raghav selflessly lets her go and Pallavi leaves but eventually comes back to him selfishly, only because it is what she wants and not for anyone else. Even in separation they will always be together and have a part of each other with themselves. And their reunion would be beautiful because by then they would have truly become Raghvi as they were always destined to be.

That sindhoor moment, I loved it so much. When she closed her eyes she was Deshmukh and when she opened them, she was Rao. Shivangi nailed that transistion with her eyes. That girl deserves so much appreciation for expressing that broken state without any dialogues or sound. Even Sai was great too with his expressions.

And during that stair case scene, he was coming down to a level and she was climbing to be his equal.

That separation will do them good. I hope we would get to see these all.

Very beautiful analysis and every word you said is true. I absolutely loved the transformation and how it was so subtle. no one was angry, yelling or anything. Just simple and factual.

For Pallavi, Stepping up to the role, For Raghav, Stepping down. Like you rightly stated, without disruption there cant be a evolution.
