Maaida is other name pronounced as Ma eee daa but Flour is Maida pronounced as Meedaa.

Yea. I was there till before I hit my teenage yrs.I watch Pakistani dramas cause they end quicker. Indian ones just drag on n on. Also I find Pakistani content a little more relatable cause most of them r muslim based whereas Indian one r hindu. There is nothing bad in being either but I just like to watch something I can relate to.

I think it is a name from Quraan. Surah no.5 is Al Maidah . In this aayah it is explained the meaning of Maidah , which is repast.

(5:112) Also recall when the disciples asked Jesus,128 son of Mary: 'Jesus, son of Mary, has your Lord the power to send down to us a repast from the heaven?' There- upon Jesus said: 'Fear Allah if you do indeed have faith.
